“a different address appeared on receipt that was not mine. tried to contact them and between waiting for responses i would get generic copy and paste replies with names you would would not expect. had to take them to paypal then they cut all communication with me. made me wait full term for a refund. found out this is regular with them so can only presume alot of these reviews are bots and employees on trust pilot.”

“Don't order any item from Mymemory! I ordered a 128G SD card on 27 April, but I still haven't received any item now. The company said the first package was lost on the way and the replacement has been dispatched on 13 May. It always asked me to wait for 3-7 working days, however, I waited nearly one month and it refused to refund this SD card. I'm so sad now.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will be given the runaround with the same generic answers every time you try to engage with them. It is not an Irish company. They are just going to take your money and leave you hanging. The priority dispatch which you pay extra for in not a priority dispatch. Unfortunately I didn't check review sites before placing my order. Another well known review site gives great reviews on the .co.uk page they have claimed. If you check reviews of the company on the .ie page which they obviously don't know about, you will get the actual truth as to what you are really dealing with.”

“I haven’t ordered 2 items from there, never got an email to confirm. Rang up They couldn’t find me on the system. It appalling that you can’t even get an answer of them or help you in anyway. I don’t even know if I will be getting anything or not. Do not Order from this website! It cannot be trusted”

“Very poor company, over 5 days gone but still no sign of the item, customer service is also very poor and cannot help. It seems like a doggy company that are doing SCAM to get the money and not sending the goods.”

“ordered a 256gb kingston micro sd card took over 5 days but was sent a 128gb one. contacted support who said they would send out the correct item and to return the incorrect one. very fishy company and todate i have not received the correct item or a refund.”

“Tried to place an order and pay with PayPal - said the card registered wasn't valid and wanted me to type all the card details in again ........... Really ? Works with other seller sites OK - that's the point of using Paypal”

“The last item I got was a SSD HDD, seems to be own brand one. It worked fine for 2 months and became corrupt and unusable. Today I tried to order a mobile battery charger pack and another HDD (not the Boost brand this time, but a branded one one) and it would not accept paypal or 2 different cards I had. This is the 2nd time I have had payment issues. I rang them and they were not helpful, just told me to try another browser. I have been buying from My Memory for a good few years but find the service and quality has gone down, which is a pity.”

“Ordered a new drive. Standard delivery. Over a week not arrived. No tracking details given. Standard lazy response when contacted. I don't believe they sent it, looks like this happens all the time, judging from other reviews. Seems like they are gambling that people won't go through the hassle of following up after 15 days I won't order from them again, I don't trust them.”

“Do not recommend. I have ordered two memory cards last week, it has been more than 8 days, still haven't heard anything about them. Payment has already been made, but they can't deliver what they promised, which is to deliver my products in 3 to 5 days.”

“I have been very disappointed with delivery. Just received my item today (28/08/2019) order was done 20/08/2019 and I used Priority delivery (which I found out via chat it is not what I thought it was - nothing to do with speed of delivery BUT you make it sound as if it is). I will be contacting trading standards as you are misleading customers by charging extra which does no good in terms of speed of delivery.”

“Non delivery of ordered item. Waited in excess of 15 working days. Another has apparently been dispatched without tracking, as they don't offer tracking!! Response was always 'please hold tight another few days'. Got bored with that response. Not good enough. I really hope that my item arrives this time round within the right delivery time frame they indicate (5-7 working days.) personally I would not use their service again.”

“I bought 2 Integral 64 gb memory sticks from this company, both of them stopped working and became corrupted straight away. The products were shipped from Switzerland, they aren't UK based.”

“If there was Zero stars I would give it. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. 13 days to receive my order and then found it was incompatible with my phone. Not what I ordered. Steer well clear. They're not an Irish company. That's BS.”
