“.ie domain name would suggest Irish operation. It is not. Customer service based in UK and product comes from Switzerland. Said on site that despatch is within 24 hours and delivery in 48/72 hrs. I had to enquire if they received my order, was then told it would be 5-7 working days which has now become 7-10 working days. Ordered on Sat 2nd Dec --- still waiting!”
