Well sad to confirm these reviews are spot on. Parcel got stolen and they’re doing nothing about it. Their delivery service put the parcel in a communal area without telling me or ringing my doorbell?! Avoid the company

I'm trying to get my money from a bag I ordered and they sent me a much smaller one, wrongly! As soon as I received it, I sent it back. Almost 2 months and not a single response from them. I sent it back from Switzerland, where it has one of the most efficient couriers. I've tried contacting them several times!

If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service is ridiculous, been trying to return a FAULTY bag for over a month now and they can’t seem to send a working returns label.

Return and refund service horrendous. Returned my item within two days of receiving and am still waiting (11 weeks and many emails later) for a refund for a bag costing over £200.

I purchased my gorgeous Marc Jacobs bag for a fraction of the cost. I read some negative reviews before ordering from this website because I've been burnt before but after doing subsequent research they seemed legit so I thought I would risk it. OMG I'm super impressed with the ease of purchase and the speedy delivery. Given the current COVID issues I was expecting delays so I paid for express shipping and I'm not disappointed. I will be a happy and loyal customer if this is the type of product and service I can expect. 10/10 thank you!

Do not buy from this company! Terrible customer service and doesn't own up to their own mistakes. Ridiculous return policy for US clients. AVOID at all costs!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a bag for my partners 30th birthday present, when I opened the parcel to wrap I realised they had sent the complete wrong bag, in the wrong colour. I ordered a large black handbag, they sent a small pink camera bag. Mistakes happen, so we arranged for the bag to be collected and received a refund. About a week later, went back on the site to order another bag... it arrived the following day, opened it to realise that they had sent the wrong bag AGAIN. Just wow!! I got in touch with them and arranged for the 2nd bag to be collected and a refund issued. They sent the collection guy to the wrong address? HOW? Anyway, they have now stopped responding, so 1 week later, I have an unwanted bag and obviosuly cannot receive a refund until they collect the bag again! There is no way to speak to these guys via the phone.. all communication is via Facebook chat or email.. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would be careful and consider ordering from elsewhere!!

I received fake delivery and tracking updates. Bag never arrived. Nobody would get back to me until a wrote a review online. Then I wasn't able to reply to the email they sent so went onto the website to reply as you have to. They said they wanted to fix the problem asap with a refund or replacement. I haven't heard anything back in over 36 hours since my reply. Expensive christmas present and no idea of if the bag will arrive or not or refund. Phone number doesn't work. Live chat doesn't work. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. Still waiting on a reply about the issue that they said they were going to sort so quickly for me.

I am socked at the customer service I recieved from this company and the trouble they have put me into. I had not used them before, but I found a good deal on an desinger purse and ordered with next day deliveriy paying extra. My order date was 29/10/2020. The order never arrived on the next day - I was contacted to say I will receive a refund for paying for next day delivery which I never received. I wasnt too concerned by not receiving the item next day as it happens for items to be out of stock. Today is 6/11/20 and I do not have my order or the money I paid for and the company is refusing to refund me. I have contacted the courier and was advised that the item was destroyed whilst on transit on 1/11/20 and as soon as that was found they contacted the retailer with pictures and evidence. The cost of the damage is covered by the company's insureance so all they had to do is a simple phonecall to the courier for a claim. This infomration was confirmed by the courier's manager. I have waisted multiple hours, trying to get hold of this company on the phone, writing long emails and chatting to unhelpful and rude customer service representatives on the chat. My emails were never answered, I did not even have any notification form the company of what happened and I found out randomly. On the chat the comapny insists that they will not issue an refund until an investigation is completed. Despite the fact that no investigation is needed, as it is a simple claim to their courier. But despite that, this should be none of my concern, as any serious company would have ensured customer satisfaction and would have refunded the customer whilst they try to resolve the issue with the courier, as this is their own internal issue and should have nothing to do with the customer. I have already raised this with my bank and have contacted citizen's advice. I have requested from the company to raise an official complaint and I havent got anywhere, they do not have a policy for that and tell me they 'will raise the complaint for me' which is absolute nuts and clear they are trying to brush it under the carpet. Obviously I am never going to buy from them again, as they do not see a serious company at all. I would advice anyone reading this to use well known retails, I always purchase desinger products from Selfridges and NEVER had such a similar issue. They are right when they say you get what they pay and I wish I had purchased it from a respectable retailer instead of trying to save 30 pounds, as they cost of my time waisted is much higher now. NEVER AGAIN.
