“The worse online tyre retailer ever. I don't receive my tyres...now can't get my money back. Customer service is useless. Go somewhere else if you want to buy tyres”

“Shocking, waited 3 weeks, still no tyres. Tried phoning but every time I'm no 4 on the list waiting to get through, even after 30 mins wait. Sent a message and also an email but just ignoring me. I no longer want the tyres as I've now had buy a pair locally. Thankfully paid by PayPal who should get my money back, if not it will be small claims court!”

“Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! Ordered tyres that were apparantly in stock, went through to payment and no delivery details were given. Made payment and was told 3 - 4 weeks delivery. Be careful as I believe they are shipped from Germany. I tried contacting My Tyres and was number 11 in the queue. Eventually cancelled the order and now waiting for my refund which has been a week already. Wish me luck! Dont waste your time and money go elsewhere. Two weeks have passed still no refund, eventually got through to someone on the phone who was yawning and so rude and incompetant all she kept saying was the refund had been processed. Couldn't put me through to anyone in accounts as accounts dont exist!”

“Ordered 4 tires that were supposed to be in stock. Received 2 tires over 2 weeks later and then an email the next day(too late to refuse shipment or or to cancel)saying I would receive a credit on the other 2.”

“I bought tires from mytyres. I haven't received them it's been 2 weeks. Customer service said many times during this time that they would take care of it - unfortunately, to no avail. They keep my money even though I canceled the order. They ignore of a customer for whom they are unable to complete the order on time. terrible customer service - lack of professionalism - they run away from webchat.”

“I ordered tires from you as always, but this time it's a failure. I've been waiting for the tires since April 30, no information from you that the waiting period is longer than 10 business days, a total failure. I still have to ask for a refund. I don't recommend this company.”

“1 Star is five to many for this absoluter joke of a company. Ordered tyres on 29th April dispatched on 2nd May been stuck in customs ever since which i find very difficult to believe. will be contacting trading standards”

“I'm currently having an absolute nightmare with this company, ordered a tyre only to find it will take 2 weeks to arrive, I then cancelled it a day later, they will not refund me saying I have to refuse the delivery which apparently the tyre will have to be returned to Germany before I have a chance of my money. Any normal company would provide continuous support. Customer support at it lowest”

“It is a scam. No shipping. I contacted them Kate Middleton was a customer service rep. It does not sounds like real. Kate asked me to wait for another 1-3 days to ship. I contacted them again after 3 days. Now there is no response. Please don't take chances. It is a scam.”

“By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. the tyres are shipped from Germany to the uk. Mine got stuck at customs for 2 weeks! in this time I had to get a tyre from another company so i could use my car. I then waited a further week for them to organise collection of the tyre, which once collected was confirmed by dpd to be back to them the next day. after 6 phone calls to there customer support in india, 6 promises of a refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later i finally received my partial refund.”

“I ordered a spare spare trailer tire for my upcoming summer travels. I live in Texas. I got a great price & didn’t care how long it took. I ordered on Thursday(2/29/24) & received my tire the following Tuesday. 5 days & I saved significantly over Sams Club price. Staff at Mytire answered my shipping inquire. Everything was Excellent!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased tyres recently as I was planning to travel. They never arrived on time due to delays on My Tyres side. Despite calling/emailing the company many times and explaining the urgency the staff did not do anything and was not helpful at all.”

“Wanted some specific winter tyres, and no-where in Uk seems to sell premium winters. Ordered 4 Pirelli winter tyres on quoted 2 week delivery. Nothing after 2 weeks, so I checked reviews and got worried.! Chased after 3 weeks and struggled to get hold of support. Tyres showed after 4 weeks. In summary, this is a good source if you need something specific, if you can wait, and if you want a good price. If you are in a rush - go elsewhere. I'm just about to order more... and not expecting them for a month or more.”

“I ordered and paid for Dunlop winter tyres for my daughter in Glasgow on 28th November. Todate, 29th December, they still have not been received, and no updates are supplied by the company. Considering that the tyres are badly needed and that the company has been in receipt of my money for a month now, this is a dreadful service.”

“Wouldnt even give 1 star if that was an option Waiting 3 weeks and still waiting for tyres Kept being told they were delays in customs This is no good when your self employed and having to pre book van in garage in advance and keep cancelling cause tyres not arrived NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS AN APPOLOGY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”
