Absolute rip off... parked in the one in Birmingham near the Alex theatre... didn't really look to see how much their fees are as didn't think they were that expensive... I was parked for just over 6hrs... £24... wow... won't be using them again thats for sure...

Adam street Cardiff, time in 13.54 time out 15.20 confirmation £5.50 paid on entry for two hours parking. 10 days later fine of £100 for non payment. Jog on, have all the details to show you are scamming thieves.

...Nothing at all to state ‘pay in advance’ ie before leaving the car park on foot!...so returned to car park to pay 6 hrs later prior to leaving...on screen stated £6.50 (funny...thought we owed £32?!...yes readers it is alot of money, nothing between 3hrs @£22 and 24hrs @£32!!) there’s your 1st rip-off...had it not been for quick thinking after a long day too, we would have been badly stung later on oh yes!! ...clever ploy that, let them think they’ve got away or perhaps try to get away with £6.50...GOT THE T-SHIRT...coughed up £32 right there with the customer service guy on hold...how come they can get away with bad signage and over-pricing? Cos over the yrs they've scammed so many they can afford to buy expensive plots and do it over and over again...not worth complaining wasting your breath...just check the small print every time I guess 🧐🧐🧐🧐

I parked at St James street Nottingham and my car got broken into and most belongings taken. They are supposed to be a secure car park. I called NCP customer services to ask what my options are and they hung up on me. I still had to pay for parking even though my car was broken into. This company is a scam. So sad they are allowed to operate.

If I could give this Shameful company 0 stars I would.They are absolute scum sucking parasites.They tried giving me a pcn for non payment when I had the receipt for paying.They cancelled the pcn after I appealed but sent an abysmal e mail saying payment machine at fault.If you use these cowboys keep your ticket,they will try and scam you.

Bought a ticket from Adam st Carpark Cardiff,2 weeks later gets a pcn saying I didn't pay.Luckily I kept my receipt.I got the pcn cancelled.What an arrogant company to deal with.Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT USE this company again,Their attitude stinks.

AVIOD. Parked at Finsbury Park car park which is supposed to be ‘secure’ our car got broken into and all belongs stolen, we got charged £55 for parking and when reporting the crime the person was very unhelpful and seemed nervous to speak. According to other reviews this is a common occurrence.

I ended up pay a penalty because the app system did not work!! I had all my personal and bank details in the app, and the day that I parked I asked to the maintenance guy about how I have to scan it as there is no barrier in this car park ... He said that is I have installed the App I should not have any problem. The day before I have paid in the Brighton NCP using the App and it worked very well.

MY FATHER IS 90 YEAR'S OLD, AND JUST BEFORE XMAS I TOOK HIM TO BOOK HIS DAY TRIP, HE 8S REGISTERED DISABLED AND HAS A BLUE BADGE, IM HIS SOLE CARER, SO I DRIVE HIM ABOUT WHEN NEED BE, WE WENT TO A CAR PARK IN NUNEATON AT THE BACK OF FEVER NIGHT CLUB, I WENT IN TO PAY HIS DEPOSIT FOR HIS DAY TRIP AND WAS NO LINGER THEN 15 MINS, HE WAS SAT IN CAR WITH BADGE ON DISPLAY, LITTLE DID I KNOW, THEY CHARGE BLUE BADGE HOLDER, SO A FEW WEEK'S LATER I GET A NOTICE, I SENT THEM A PICTURE OF THE BADGE, THEY REFUSED, NEXT THING I GET IS A LETTER OFF TRACE SAYING PAY £160 ....HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS IS BEYOND ME.. LET ALONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS SEEM TO LACK EMPATHY, PLEASE PLEASE IF YOUR DISABLED AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAQUE, NEVER EVER WILL I OR MANY OF MY FAMILY/FRIENDS/ASSOCIATIONS USE THEM AGAIN ..NOW MY FATHER HAS PAID THIS EVEN THOUGH WE ARE GOING THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE TIME OF BEING LOCKED DOWN, I HOPE THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY CAN GO TO BE AND SLEEP AT NIGHT, WHILE HE RUBS HIS HANDS TO GAIN MONEY FROM THOSE WHOM ARE MOST VULNERABLE. . One Sunday I was parked on the road near Norwich Bowls Club. Using my Blue Badge I parked on the road Double Yellows which I'm aloud. Received a fine of £100 or £60 if paid in two weeks. !

Absolutely awful customer service! Genuinely lost a ticket and was parked for around 4 hours. Charged a full days rate of £30 when the car park even states that they use an anpr cctv system for registration recognition so the times could have been checked and we could have been charged the correct amount! WE WILL NEVER USE AN NCP CAR PARK AGAIN.

Paid for parking in Shrewsbury. One month later get demand for £60. No chance on appeal demanding proof I paid. Appeal pointless.

The online booking system works well, but what an unfair, unethical, over time charging system. I booked your car park opposite the Barbican from 4:30 PM until 10 PM for a charge of £10 - fairly decent all things considered. I overran by 15 minutes, and attempting to exit the car park at 10:15 PM, 10 minutes of which were spent loading my wheelchair into my vehicle. The extra charge was £7 for 15 minutes. The attitude clearly is that you are in our car park, you are our 'prisoner' and we can charge what we like to release you, just because we can. Absolutely disgusting.

Gentlemens, this parking lot was organized by crooks and swindlers whose purpose is not to provide quality services but to profit from fines imposed in an honest way, do not park your car in NCP parking lots !!!

NCP car park SCAM!! The new charging mechanism where you park and then enter your registration plate in before you leave to pay is a massive scam! The charge automatically comes up when i put my registration in, so i paid the charge that comes up automatically to then be sent a parking fine because apparently the machine didn't charge enough. Appealed it and they said they didn't agree and the charge was for a shorter period of time, unable to appeal again! They are scamming so many people with this and are not being held accountable! It would be interesting to see the anount of people they have done this to and the amount of money they have made out of this SCAM system.

I had already many encounters with NCP, who are regularly overcharging customers. The customer service is terrible and the company does not meet the legal requirements regarding GDPR. It is very unfortunate that they have parkings in every city and airport.

We parked in Adams St car park in Cardiff. We paid at the machine. We got the ticket. Thought nothing of until about a month later we got a fine to say we had not paid. We had thrown the ticket away as thought no need of it now. As we paid by credit card we sent copies of the statement stating it was for Adams St car park. They sent an email saying we had won our appeal. But the cheeky people said that we should make sure we pay in future!

If I could give no stars I would!!! I received a parking fine for unpaid parking but in fact I paid for a 3 hours stay and only stayed for just over an hour. As it was 6 weeks later I no longer had the ticket but had proof on a bank statement of payment and date it was made and in what car park. Apparently this was not enough evidence in their eyes and still had to pay the fine which I am not happy about!! And to make it worse its the 2nd time this has happened. I will not be parking there again and I would advise everyone to think twice as I think they are scamming people out of their money!!

Used Rumford street car park in Liverpool whilst attending a wedding reception. When I left I paid at machine no problem. So why do I get a parking notice for £100 this morning? I paid what the machine said I owed.
