However, it is not stated on the site that they also charge 48 hours of packing time and now I have to wait longer than a week even though I paid extra. this is pure cheating for extra money in my eyes. don't order here!! and if you then send an email you will receive a rude answer in return.”

I expressly do not rate the problem of back-ordering (problems that occur again and again in other reviews) here.I therefore only ordered goods that were to be shipped within 24 hours. I also promptly received shipping information. This number is incorrect. Shipment tracking does not work with the shipping service provider or in the user account. The website also works insufficiently.
There has been no answer to my mails so far. The customer service, the business conduct, the Internet presence is a disaster!”
“Ordered clubs online. Emailed me to say that they didn't have them in stock. I cancelled the order 10 days ago and have not heard from them since despite contacting them many times and no refund. Terrible service at best, thieves at worst. We'll see which one.”

Item came as described, fits perfectly with the club head and quality workmanship as an adapter needed to be fitted to the shaft.
Delivery was fast and as described in the order.

I ordered a new set of golf clubs for my father in January. Upon purchasing I emailed the business and had a response from Martin who reassured me I would receive the clubs within the 4 weeks I needed them for (birthday present). I had no update from them for nearly 2 weeks, and when I did email them I was advised that the clubs were delayed and would I like a refund. I asked what the delay was for and was given the same excuse as everyone else recently..BREXIT! It is really strange that this seems to of only effected this business as I placed a different order with Desenio (another swedish company) and received my goods within 5 days. I still had 2 weeks until my fathers birthday so thought I should just sit tight and was offered reassurance that the clubs would arrive in plenty of time. I am now 4 weeks later and still no clubs and they are now sat in Denmark, GREAT!
I read a couple of reviews on here about this business and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, however this was a massive mistake. I genuinly dont believe my order exists! Terrible business, terrible service and I will continue to leave reviews wherever I can to ensure not one more person in the UK has to have this experience!
I have now given notice that I want a refund, but I cant say I am confident I will get this anytime soon!

“Recently ordered a full set of Wilson golf clubs from this site. At the time of ordering, clubs were marked as in stock.
I received no info on shipping after 3/4 days so emailed nordica. I was advised that my clubs were delayed but we’re going to be sent out shortly.
A couple of days later I received an email saying my clubs had been shipped. I also received a tracking number.
Over a week had passed, the tracking info wasn’t updating so I emailed nordica again.
Over 2 weeks after my initial order they emailed and said my clubs infact hadn’t been shipped, as they didn’t have any stock. They then told me if I wanted the clubs I had paid for and been advised I would be receiving shortly, I’d have to wait till at least July 12th for them to be restocked.
I obviously opted to cancel the order, and would recommend nobody to shop with nordica golf.
I’m awaiting a refund.”
“It took about a week before I got an e-mail to say that the shaft I ordered was not in stock. But now that I have received the shaft It appears this is the wrong model. Very disappointed!!! Very bad customers service. Paul”
