Has anyone ever managed to contact Parcel Hero by phone or email, can't get any response, emails all bounce back and the online chat doesn't seem to work at all. Parcel not delivered to correct address and there seems to be no way to contact them to sort it out. Parcel Scam?
Does anyone know their phone number??? My parcel was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, they ignore everything I say, and I am getting nowhere. My last communication stated this would be dealt with in four hours, have of course heard nothing. If said parcel is not delivered soon I at least want £50 free insurance. Sending parcels to the US is not cheap, I can’t afford to lose the whole amount I spent

I have lost the tracking number for the parcel I sent to Cookology, Haverhill, Suffolk. You have sent me requests for comment on yiur service so I hope you can trace it. I need this to get the refund for the purchase.

Hi Petrus, if you have any value on what you're sending my advice is to use a different company. From experience, this one breaks your delivery and charges you for it.
