I buy online to take advantage of the discounts which the stores do not offer. Stores seem against taking online returns. I was told they couldn’t process it because I had paid with PayPal even though I had paid by debit card. Was asked if debit card was linked to PayPal which it was, was told there’s your reason.

Previous view was spot on..... the returns process is very difficult to navigate if you order on line. Even if you want to return in store, you still have to complete the online return process (at least that's how I understood how it works) and if you want to return by post or a courier then you have to pay the return postage costs!! ..... will not buy from them again
”

Once you've FINALLY managed to navigate your way through the website, which I was hoping would be simpler to understand than the returns form sent with the goods I was trying to return, you then have to PAY for the privilege of returning your item.

Impossible to return any items, there return process via evri (who for a parcel delivery co go out of there way not to take or deliver your parcel) is impossible to navigate, the only other option is by Royal Mail which costs a fortune, surely there is an easier way for Peacocks to do returns!!! do not buy.

One top was sent all creased up and another was also creased, smelling REALLY bad and had white marks all over the back of the top! Both hangers were also broken into pieces. The tops looked ready for the bin rather than ready to wear, and at £16 each this isn't on. Peacocks standards have really declined and as a loyal shopper there I feel very let down. Their returns policy is also very anti customers making it very awkward.

The returns/refund policy is appalling. During covid with no opportunity to try clothes on in-store, the 14day rule remains.Even 1 day late and you will be stuck with your unsuitable item. As many stores are closed I had to travel, over 1/2 hr to try and swap my item.
Would I bother to buy from them in the future?..... ABSOLUTELY NOT

Filled out the on-line request returns form - took into the shop as the form stated and they cannot refund as I paid via PayPal.
