Awful customer, service, poor quality clothing, returned an outfit.m that didn't fit, only to be told they don't refund because items purchased were 29 days ago only refund items upto 28 days.Had all intention of bringing items back for refund d but was ill Won't be shopping at Peacocks again. 👎

I would leave 0 but you can’t… Appalling customer service, I purchase some socks and got the wrong size (my fault) I took them back to the shop the next day to try and exchange them for the correct size - brand new unopened item that they won’t exchange with out a receipt, I have proof that I purchased them on my banking app so I can’t see why such a big company won’t exchange them for the correct size.

99 ,,to return Parcel arrived at Peacocks warehouse only got refund for ,,4 items 2 missing Called customer service to be told there was only 4 inthe parcel and that the parcel was damaged that's why they would be missing and to contact Evri as my contract was with them The 2 items that where missing where the same one size medium and other large also return slip was missing .

Having to pay to return a item. That was in a sale. Postage cost half of item. Terrible service. Peacocks have had a sale off me because I kept the other items. Will not be ordering online from Peacocks cost because the item comes up in size bigger than size stated online.

Did an order in Kendal store yesterday by the staff online #200208771 for a tee-shirt and paid postage on arrival home found in the receipt that a different one had been ordered black instead of the blue one I had brought to the counter! Contacted Kendal told to contact customer service waited 20 mins for phone to be answered they could cancel the order but I would have to go in store for a refund - extra petrol and parking for their mistake.

Rang my local store to see if they had a jacket in and they did I asked if they would save it for me which they did but the jacket had gone down from £50 to £35 but they didn’t inform me that if I didn’t collect on that day it would go back up to £50 which I thought was unfair I rang customer service to see if they could oblige but nothing not very good customer service I would not buy from Peacocks again

Tried to return an online order in store. No assistant at checkout and when she did eventually appear, no apology!!! She said in an abrupt manner that I could only return my item for and exchange as I'd paid via PayPal - there was nothing else I wanted but rather than lose my money, I ended up exchanging a blouse for slippers, an umbrella and hair bobbles!!!! Couldn't even exchange for a credit note!!!! Assistant rude, unhelpful and very sarcastic also telling me in future to read all terms and conditions - who does this!!!!! I always thought buying online gave you the right to return to store with receipt. Have been a loyal Peacocks customer for many years, but will NEVER shop in store or online with them again!!! Disgusted by their policy, massive lack of customer service and staff attitude!!!!

Disgusting customer service,store manager followed me around shop,very intimidating ,can’t even browse these days!!!!!,accusing me of shoplifting ,how dare she ,asked for cctv, an apology ,got nothing!!!! She is a vile person who doesn’t deserve a job!!!!

I went into my local store (Huntingdon) today around lunchtime all 3 members of staff were huddled together in the children's department chit chatting . We had to ask for service on the till by now there was 5 customers in the queue ! This is t the first time Iv come away dissatisfied, my previous visit the two larger ladies were talking about their personal life’s & actually mentioned someone I know ! This happened at the side of the tills !
