“I needed a boiler ASAP. I ordered the in stock boiler on line but the email I received stated could take up to 14 days to deliver. I spoke with plumbnations customer service team and the guy was really helpful. He chased the supplier and came back to me within a couple of hours to confirm the delivery within 2 days. Great helpful service.”

“The mark of a good company is how they deal with issues, these things happen but it's how they are dealt with that makes the difference. In my case, I sought advice off Plumbnation and subsequently bought a cylinder based on information I gave (they sent me a link to item in shopping basket which I purchased). Unfortunately it wasn't 100% suitable for my needs despite the information I provided. However, I was sent the parts needed free of charge, without too much fuss. So based on my experience I would recommend!”
