“Paid for fast delivery but was let down by the courier who said that the item had not been dispatched to them by the supplier in time to meet my booked delivery. Disappointing that when I called Plumb nation they were unable to help and passed the buck to the courier even though they took the £ and booked the courier. That said happy with the Boiler”

“Ordered product. Stated 1-3 days. 2 weeks still nothing. Cancel On website, says it’s cancelled but refresh page, says still pending order, press cancel Again.. same thing.. spoke to sometime today.. said they would find out.. then Calle back to Say it’s been cancelled…told them the above.. still nothing? No further call back as promised… just check and no refund has even been made for the cancelled product?? Absolute joke or a company.”
