“Me and my family booked our hotel in Biarritz throw Prestigia. When my husband booked your booking site or internet was lagging so when proceeding to payment nothing happens, so my husband presses again. He discovered that we have 2 bookings, he contacted you immediately but you were not very helpful so we have also contacted Amex to help us get the money back. Now it’s been almost 2 months and you still don’t want to cancel the second booking. My husband & me used our savings for this trip and I’m celebrating my 50 th birthday at your hotel but now we don’t know if we are able to travel at all. Can you please cancel the second booking. If not I have to report your company to the police. . So please act us a “ prestige” company and help your customers.”
