“While the prices were higher than the last time I had visited, it was worth it. The clothing selection was wider, fit better to my body type, and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a very polite lady help me at the changing rooms, but I unfortunately hadn't gotten her name. I also had a very lovely cashier named Chris, who was very energetic and overall looked like he genuinely enjoyed his job. It brought a smile to my face and made my experience so much better at the primark in Queensgate, Peterborough.”
“I wanted to exchange an item. Unfortunately i can't find the receipt anywhere but found the transaction on my bank statement. That wasn't good enough, only receipt will do, which is so annoying. I just want to exchange one of the swimming costumes i bought as this one is a bit baggy. Its really put me off Primark”

“Whilst shopping at Primark in Concorde North Carolina the fire alarm went off. The store managers were frantically running round and rudely screaming out shoppers to “GET OUT”! Their aggressive behaviors were confusing, comical, and shows a level of unpreparedness. I talked to the store security manager and she said it was not a drill, but her security team was cool as a cucumber and helped get people out collectively and in organised manner. I won’t go back there after being screamed at by Kyle.”
“I was looking for a thermal vest top in the Stadium Milton Keynes. I asked Pramila where I could find the top. She explained that nearly all the tops had now been sold but took me to where there were a few left. She then suggested other options of what would be useful then proceeded to take me where the other tops were kept. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received today.”

“I received a Christmas gift, and went to a Brooklyn, NY store to exchange. Of course I did not have a receipt for a gift. The cashier stated the policy is no exchanges without a receipt. I didn't ask for a cash refund, just an equal exchange. Not a good experience. 😕”
