“Primark sorry to hear I had a bad experience...Well I'm sorry that I've always given you my money... Tried to change a coat that was a size bigger but told I couldn't..even though I had a valid receipt...I was 1 day out of there're 28 day policy ...Im also a disabled person so getting out is very hard for me. I also had about ยฃ150 worth of other goods I wanted to buy as xmas presents. When told I couldn't even exchange the coat for a bigger size...I told them..for donkeys years I've always shopped in Primark and has from today you have lost my custom...Primark what a stupid policy you now have...I could understand if I didn't have a receipt but I did....With this policy of yours I'm now looking forward to seeing your company going into liquidation very soon.”

“Terrible refund policy even with receipt and all the tags! They said they couldnโt take back a blouse I bought on Saturday and returned today. As it had a mark on it - the same mark they sold it to me with! Then said by their own admission they wouldnโt buy from the shop they work in. Taking it to trading standards to resolve as the staff offer very bad customer service and donโt follow their own refund policy. Avoid At all costs!”
“Went to trostre primark this morning
Wanted to use the ladies cloakroom didn't know if there was one there as not sign posted. Asked a member of staff on the children's dept and she was most helpful cant thank her enough as I'm disabled. What a wonderful customer service I received today you should be so proud of your staff there .”
“The clothes recently had gone up in quality of material on some items, especially the jumpers and coats. Still some poor quality items and theyโve put up the price like for instance dresses now ยฃ18. You can go into Zara or other stores, pay ยฃ10 more and get a more quality item. Wouldnโt be so bad if they kept to lower pricing. Also sometimes the sizing is off recently. Iโm a Iโve 12 on top and a 10 on the bottom. I range anywhere between 10 to 14 in that shop. Just bought a size 10 of trousers, too big. Bought a size 10, then, 12 on a skirt too small and 14 was massive. Was quite disappointed. Also found stitching in certain items is not always straight. Shoes also hit and miss. Flats are ok but their heels become uncomfortable after wearing for 3/4 hours of wear. Not find that in other stores. Very off putting. Rather spend the extra and get better quality. Gave it 3 stars as sometimes itโs quite good. A hit and miss store. Just been finding this problem going into the autumn season, as it wasnโt much of a problem before.”

“Primark customer service the worst ever ( not in store there rules in general ) returned an item 1 day late with receipt and tags intact to be told no you canโt get a refund asked by the manager to email the company to see if they would do anything explained that I got the dates mixed up as I was going on holiday rushed back to store to take it back got a standard e Mail back about returns policy that I already knew they didnโt even reply to my response that explained the circumstances..... the item is as bought in a salable condition disgusting customer service I will complain again and c if I get an adequate response otherwise Iโll shop elsewhere .... not happy”
“I was.in absolute awe of then today, it was hot I'd forgotten my pin number the shop was closing n I was full on panic, my bf had went for ice cream of all things! The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and so understanding, patient and made me feel not si embarrassed the account helped calm me down got me through my purchase which I was just for leaving after forgetting pin with mind freeze. They were awesome I wish I knew there names to thank them personally and I'll scream it from all sites

“I had a very bad experience of primark.the customer service is so bad.i wanted to exchange something they didn't let me.!They said I have to go in one month. I couldn't go in one month because of my work and I told them.they could of help me if they are nice and if they nice customer service. They should of understand my situation. I'm so disappointed.”
“Just went to buy a shirt in Primark in Darlington. There were about 40 shirts on the display but everyone I picked was slim fit. In fact there were only about 5 regular fit shirts and the one I liked, I couldn't find my neck size. Primark used to have decent men,s clothing, but now almost everything is slim fit, presumably aimed at the younger members of society. I always used to shop in Primark but in future will buy my clothes elsewhere where they have a decent selection of regular fit clothes.”
