“People always look down on this store. But it's great value for money and is always up to date with affordable trends. I get complimented often on my outfit choices. Labels and expensive items aren't always everything.”
“Nipped in quickly to purchase an item for my teenage daughter, saw the length of the que and thought 'oh no' but they had loads of tills open and we never stood still once!! 2 mins and we were done, sorted!!”
“I had purchased some boots for work which were not suitable but unfortunately I misplaced the receipt. I did however have 5 transactions in the space of a month totalling to £250 on my internet banking mobile app. The customer service rep left me standing for 25 minutes whilst "a manger" tried to locate the transactions via dates on a computer system downstairs. I was on my tea break and ran over the allocated time for this so I asked for the manager to stop searching and come up and see me. She had to be called several times over the tanoy. She refused to refund me the money as she stated she couldn't find those transactions with my card number on any of those dates. I only have the one debit card, so it would not have been via any other payment, but she(the manager) wasn't interested and was very rude. I left the store and am now stuck with a pair of boots that are of NO use to me what so ever. This was very poor customer service form a manager whom I feel should have been more professional in the way she dealt with the matter, I was made to feel like I had stolen the boots. I will never go into this store again. it was the Crawley store in County Mall”
“I like primarks clothes as they’re usually quite high quality and quite cheap, but recently I had an awful experience. As I’m 13 I went shopping as I do and got stopped at security for “shoplifting” when I hadn’t. I got detained, the security was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, they left my friends to wait for me and didn’t offer or ask to call my parents or the police nor would they tell me the problem until they took me into a detention room. He asked me a few questions and said someone saw me pick up a lipstick, use it and take it. That day I’d bought a lipstick in Superdrug and I said I was opening that and he was very rude about the fact that I did nothing wrong, he then said you’re free to go now, I’m balling my eyes out because I’m stressed and don’t know what’s going on etc etc. But nice clothes”
“I went to buy clothes for my grandchildren,I had never visited one before.I was astounded by the choice.the styles were all modern ,and well made .Every thing was set out well, staff polite and helpful.Only dissapointment was(and this was a big one really I am disabled and can only walk a short distance there were no trolleys so I would not ever be able to go there without help.It would have been helpful to have a few wheelchairs around,or better still able to hire a mability scooter.I would be prepared to pay a fair amount for the hire.”
