“Visited your new store at Rushden lakes - you were the first shop I visited on the site - you were showing a Tee shirt in the window - after 30 minutes of staff chasing here there and everywhere - it transpired you had sold out - very dissapointing showing a product in a brand new store that you did not have to sell
Will not return there again”
“Maidstone store in kent is the worst shop anyone ever visit, the customer service is appalling, a combination of the most impolite people hired as customer service assistants. Top marks for being one of the most disorganised store with goods all over the floor, The queue system is ridiculously cumbersome and a health hazard for a disabled person .The queues are so long and the shop crew do not respond to the emergency call at the tills immediately. The staff are very arrogant and unhelpful . my experience was a night mare.”
“Primark, Oxford Street. Reknown for it's red ticket special prices, (I was sent their by Hammersmith Branch staff who couldn't speak highly enough about them), but I wasn't told about the ridiculous hour long wait at the checkouts for "manager approval" on each of the items that had been reduced a few pounds.”
