“Maidstone store in kent is the worst shop anyone ever visit, the customer service is appalling, a combination of the most impolite people hired as customer service assistants. Top marks for being one of the most disorganised store with goods all over the floor, The queue system is ridiculously cumbersome and a health hazard for a disabled person .The queues are so long and the shop crew do not respond to the emergency call at the tills immediately. The staff are very arrogant and unhelpful . my experience was a night mare.”
“Unbelievable value. I recently bought a slim-fit mens Tee for £2. Once I tried it on at home and got the thumbs-up from my wife and daughter, had no hesitation in going back to buy several more. I had the same experience a few weeks ago with their mens stretch denim jeans.”
“Their sales make me very happy as items can be heavy discounted. Their prices on a lot of items seem to be creeping up though so I no longer buy full priced things from them .”
“The place was well organised and very tidy in the darlington store and everything was really easy to find. The staff were really friendly, especially when coming to checkout and I got served by a lady called milo at the upstairs tills. She was really helpful, best service I've ever recived and was a pleasure to be served by her. Which topped off my great experience at pri mark.”
“I bought an underwear from Primark marble arch but it was the wrong size. I discovered this on my way to home then I went back witin an hour from my purchase time to exchange it. They treated me like if I stole it. I had a very bad experience there .”
“I love your store!!! really wish you would open a shop closer to me tho:( I don't drive and cant afford to pay train tickets all the time when I feel like popping in to catch up in the latest fashion. can you start online shopping or something really wish you could improve this please?”
“When I was in Primark I copuld not decide what colour of dress, i asked a member of staff and they were able to tell me what they thought looked better on me. I liked this and they way she was honest with me.”
“Primark, Oxford Street. Reknown for it's red ticket special prices, (I was sent their by Hammersmith Branch staff who couldn't speak highly enough about them), but I wasn't told about the ridiculous hour long wait at the checkouts for "manager approval" on each of the items that had been reduced a few pounds.”
