“Never had a problem shopping in Primark but don't trust their website Checked stock through their website Says they had it in store only to be told when I got there they didn't When I questioned this was told website isn't accurate so what's the point in having one ?? “The clothes recently had gone up in quality of material on some items, especially the jumpers and coats. Still some poor quality items and they’ve put up the price like for instance dresses now £18. You can go into Zara or other stores, pay £10 more and get a more quality item. Wouldn’t be so bad if they kept to lower pricing. Also sometimes the sizing is off recently. I’m a I’ve 12 on top and a 10 on the bottom. I range anywhere between 10 to 14 in that shop. Just bought a size 10 of trousers, too big. Bought a size 10, then, 12 on a skirt too small and 14 was massive. Was quite disappointed. Also found stitching in certain items is not always straight. Shoes also hit and miss. Flats are ok but their heels become uncomfortable after wearing for 3/4 hours of wear. Not find that in other stores. Very off putting. Rather spend the extra and get better quality. Gave it 3 stars as sometimes it’s quite good. A hit and miss store. Just been finding this problem going into the autumn season, as it wasn’t much of a problem before.”
“Can't complain on the products, I've been shopping at Primark since I was 14 with my pocket money, great value. Only issue I've had is I recently returned a skirt they didn't have my size so I swapped it for another a £1 cheaper, unfortunately I feel the member off staff wanted to just go home and failed to refund me the £1.”
“Learnt my lesson not to buy bags from here (actualy lots more stuff i could complain about) ive perchaced around 5 bags where all of them the zips have broken one on the same day of perchase. Different styles of bags.”
“I like primarks clothes as they’re usually quite high quality and quite cheap, but recently I had an awful experience. As I’m 13 I went shopping as I do and got stopped at security for “shoplifting” when I hadn’t. I got detained, the security was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, they left my friends to wait for me and didn’t offer or ask to call my parents or the police nor would they tell me the problem until they took me into a detention room. He asked me a few questions and said someone saw me pick up a lipstick, use it and take it. That day I’d bought a lipstick in Superdrug and I said I was opening that and he was very rude about the fact that I did nothing wrong, he then said you’re free to go now, I’m balling my eyes out because I’m stressed and don’t know what’s going on etc etc. But nice clothes”
