Avoid ProCook while they use DPD for next day delivery, you wont receive your goods the next day. They will say each time they missed you and send items back to depot each time, so next day delivery will usually mean a week or two.
”

Terrible service and poor customer care. Spent over 2k on their online store with next day delivery option because we really needed all the items. It took them over a week to ship the goods. No one on their customer care team was able to assist. Calls not returned and promises not kept. Terrible experience. Never again.

Just got my Black Friday purchase today. The delivery company they have used, which is DPD is truly bad. Tossed my boxes at the apartment building's entrance left a big bang as I was rushing down, resulting in my newly purchased bowls in pieces.

The knivecwere delivered to completely the wrong house on the street and I had to hunt them down from the picture left by the delivery company!
I was unimpressed with the quality from day 1 but persevered but after about 6 uses of the carving knife and a dozen if the others I gave in and complained.
