“I have always felt welcome and respected whenever I had to visit the Renault showroom and workshop. From the reception to the tea aunty, to the service agent Dennis Ngan, it had always been pleasant experiences.
For this latest servicing, I had to leave my car at the workshop on a Wed night and collect it the following Mon. Dennis was kind enough to make special arrangement to meet me at the workshop and send me home after I dropped off the car. He updated me on the progress of the servicing throughout the week. And the pleasant surprise happened when I collected the car on Monday. I have never met the night guard as my servicing was always done in the day. He was most helpful and assuring as he helped me around to find my car.
