“Zarenza-au” Definitely not a legitimate business. Per other reviews a disgusting experience. Passing off faulty, cheap and nasty product (shorts) as a high quality SPANX brand. Would not give refund offer only a DISCOUNT on buying another item. DO NOT BUY from this rogue company. Product was inferior and hardly worth $1 even if not faulty. They take your money and then give rubbish responses to discourage you from sending back item to CHINA at your cost. ACCC needs to shut them out.

Do not trust this business operating under many names Sarenza - Zarenza. They will take your money and not refund you as they promise on the website. If you want to get a refund you have to send your shoes back to an address in China.I sent my shoes back on 11/10/2024 and I contacted Australia Post on 12/11/2024 to find out that they were in China customs and I needed to contact the company who needed to contact China Post. Zarenza are not an Australian business. I am owed AUD264 plus it cost me AUD70 plus in postage to send the shoes back to China. Zarenza say they are authentic on the website by telling the customer that you have to pay to send the shoes back for a refund. What they do not tell you is you have to send them to CHINA.They will not offer you a refund immediately when you contact them. They offer you a discount to purchase more items. This page says the business address is Paris, the web page I was dealing with said it was in the Netherlands. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS

This store states its Zarenza australia ,what a lie Its in China and you think its good quality so you pay the price only to find it comes from China and takes so long to arrive .I know this because tracking tells you where it is.I should have looked on temu if I want a cheap dress . We need to stop these lying web sites .

Zarenza Australia say they are a company that is transparent TO CUSTOMERS with their shipping and refund policies, THIS IS UNTRUE. What they do not tell you is that they make it appear you are purchasing your goods from Australia. So when you agree to their refund policy of paying for return postage, you think it will be to an address within Australia. NO, IT IS AN ADDRESS IN CHINA. They also try to dissuade you in emails with other offers, before allowing you to gain a refund. They are misleading and manipulating their customers. I have read through all their policies and there is nowhere it states that a customer has to post it back to China, yet I have it in print in an email from Zarenza Australia that they state this. When I sent an email back with screenshots of their actual shipping and return policies for customers, TO PROVE IT DID NOT STATE THIS, they ghosted my emails. This is one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with. They advertise as an Australian and New Zealand company but if you want to phone them, you have to phone the Netherlands, Sarenza. There is no way you can deal with this company except via email and the emails have no signed return name. BEWARE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This company is a complete fraud. I purchased two pair of shoes back in Nov2023 and returned both. After following up for a month as they were not giving me any updates on the state of the return, they finally reimbursed me, so I considered this matter as closed. I did not receive further communication from them on this matter, only ads. Last week I received an email from a debt collection agency requesting more than double of the price and asking to pay in less than 10 days, the only context being that they had been contracted by Sarenza. It is a nightmare to communicate with them as they do not have a contact phone and customer service is a joke. They told me one of the items had been refused for return (why did they refund me in the first place?) but instead of communicating this to me, they went directly to a debt collection agency. I will not pay this fraudulent claim. No one should buy in this online shop again

I bought Miista boots in January through Sarenza.de. After wearing them about 5 times, the right boot came apart on the back, right down the seam for some reason. I contacted customer service about this problem and asked them to open a warranty case. They asked me to send pictures of the damage and assured me that an examination would take up to 7 business days. It's been two months since then and I still haven't heard back from them. They have stopped responding to emails and there is no way to contact them again. I do not recommend using this resale platform. They most likely buy faulty items from suppliers and sell them for the same price as the official brand's website. I only used this platform because the model I wanted was sold out on the Miista official site at the time. But I will never do that again.

I found a pair of Caprice ankle boots in the right size on the French Sarenza website. There was only one left. Searched for a Dutch Sarenza website and found the one pair that was left there too. Ordered it on March 20, 2023 and tthe website then claimed they would be delivered on March 22. Since a majority of the reviews were bad I chose the Klarna payment option (pay within 30 days of shipment). Thinking 30 days must be enough to ship them. The Caprice ankle boots were delivered to my local Post.nl Punt today (March 28). Packaged well, the right shoes in size and colour as promoted. Sarenza The Netherlands delivered as promised. I am extremely happy and relieved ;) Most bad reviews were posted during Covid-19

Aloha: Same as others .Ordered in April. Thought I would give a few more weeks due to CONVID. In August emailed customer service. Got the same answer as noted, be patient sandals are coming from CHINA and shipping is delayed. It is now almost 8 months. Repeated the email and now no response. Must be a fake web site and now having a hard time getting my cc to file a claim due to the 8 months waiting. Sad

One Star is too good for them. Waited 4 months - numerous emails. Order came in wrong. Never responded to me. Their ad looked good on Facebook. What a scam! Stick with buying from Amazon. All the bad reviews are true. Can't believe only 68% were bad. Email me if you need additional information.

Ditto to everything written. Ordered in early June. Expected delivery date - mid July. The end of July, was told sandals were stuck in shipment from China. I thought they were made in Europe. I emailed the company and canceled order. Was told I could not cancel. Called credit card company, who refunded my money. They are a scam. False advertising. If you have not gotten your sandals, call your credit card company and explain. Ask for a refund. Only way to get your money.0

I ordered my sandals back in May. They arrived in August. I do not like them they are so uncomfortable. I have asked for information on how to return the item for a refund> It has been 7 days since and I have yet to receive an answer.
