“The products I bought are really poor quality there is no way they would sell in the open market at the price they were advertised on the site. Shockingly cheap and bad quality. I bought 2 watches and some wireless headphones. There instructions on how to install the watch app on the phone have massive spelling mistakes and the watch has the American date settings unable to change it to the Britsh date settings. Really sad to have wated money.”

“i m one of the victims of secret sale, now in adminstration, even though they were in crisis and no due diligence and accountability to thier customers before going into administration and continued receiving orders and taking people s hard-earned money. they sold thier website as intelectual property to a new company, and the latter thechnically has nothing to do with secrect sales ltd previous of secret sales website despite at least one or two board from company who managed the awfull secret sales website through secret sales ltd company are still serving still the currentcompany who is in charge . “Don’t buy from this company, it’s just one big con. Same experience as others, ordered goods in January 2020. Order never arrived and then was cancelled. Tried to contact customer service but no reply. Then after two months I received an email from Secret Sales saying old Secret Sales had gone into administration. JUST ONE BIG CON.”
