“ Terrible customer service and missing items they won’t admit fault by saying they have not sent the items but won’t to blame Royal Mail and open investigation on the poor man at Royal Mail place order on 6 t shirt on 2 separate days 4 arrived and 2 didn’t but they say a tracking system shows all 6 came why then would I question and go back and forth for £66 I don’t have the time ”

“ Unsuitable so I returned all six pairs, I noticed they had refunded me for two so got on to customer service, what a joke no help at all, all they kept saying was that I only returned 4 pairs, but they only refunded for two anyway. ”

You cannot return items and if you try to contact Customer Service they give you a ticket number in an email and respond within 5 days if you are lucky with a page of frequent Q&A and still unable to return items as once you follow their instructions to return items the page is non existent!!! What an absolute joke this company is, never again will I order anything from Secret Sales!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED also £3. ”

“ Really bad customer service, if you don't have an account with them you are referred to the guest portal and then the portal doesn't recognise your order number and postcode with the message saying all that + email address, which isn't even entered. ”
