“I placed an order 3 months ago. Order still not received. Sent email a month ago to which I have had no response to. Sent another email today highly doubt I will get a response or a refund. The lack of communication is disgusting. I will never use this website again and advise others to do the same.”
“In the end of January I made an order. One of the items I received, second one I was waiting for 1,5 month, then they cancelled this item and promised back my money in 5 days. Half a month has already passed, no money, no answers on e mail, messenger and it's absolutely impossible to get through of them, just answering machine.

“Would give zero if i could - does not even deserve 1 star. They stole my money and never sent me my goods. I contacted them many times via email they never respond. I tried calling them and their customer representatives are mostly "unavailable". I managed to speak to 1 rep ONCE and she said that out of the 10 items in my order they could only fulfill 2. I said OK just send me my 2 products and refund the rest - she said that's been done for you now. Weeks later - still NOTHING from them. No products, no refunds, and no responses to emails or calls. This company should be reported to the authorities as they are clearly stealing customers hard earned money. Please do yourselves a favour and do not deal with this company. You'll just end up with unnecessary stress, wont receive your goods and wont receive your money back either. KEEP AWAY!!!!”
“Ordered and paid for 4 items on 01/02/20. On 15/02/20 received an email stating that all items are delayed but would be dispatched by 29/02 and with me by 03/03. Still not received on 05/03 so tried calling but call centre is closed (? on a week day, during office hours!). Website advises to use web chat but this is not available either, also says can email and will get a response within 24 hours. I therefore sent an email as this is the only way I can contact them and got an automated response saying it can take 20 days to get a response! Absolutely no good to me as I needed the items for this weekend- what’s going on Secret Sales? !!!”

They accepted the payment creating a legally binding contract
They then break this contract by not fulfilling their part of the deal. I do not accept them repaying my monies....I want those items that I purchased

This after me chasing 4 times by email and had nothing back then twice on the phone. As i paid with my credit card, i had to pay off a purchase that i NEVER received after a month!
