“I ordered 4 pairs of glasses 2/6/2021 still waiting for one pair which is now expected the 15/7/21 and only had 2 pairs today 7/7/21. Surely this is not good. It is not the delivery that was the problem it was the delay in production.”
“Another happy customer. I ordered a pair of prescription Ray Ban sunglasses and was given a lead time of 7-10 days. It ended up being around 20 days which wasn't a major drama given the fact you can check the progress of your order via the website and Customer Services are pretty good too. The quality of the sunglasses was first class which is what you expect from Ray Ban anyway. However the same sunglasses direct from Ray Ban were just under £400 with polarised varifocal lenses. Through SelectSpecs the same sunglasses was just under £160 so its a no brainer for me. Not sure why anyone would get stressed if delivery takes a little longer. In the current climate you cant guarantee anything.”

“I broke my glasses and needed an eye test plus new specs fast, so went to a high street optician. Even with a free test and prescription I ended up paying £120.
Found select specs on line, got 3 pairs of specs for less than 1/2 that cost, they arrived before the opticians pair! Were equal or better quality. So service 5*, price 10*(if I could) delivery 5*, I will NEVER buy from the high street again, I cannot rate returns or refunds as I had no need of either. (I wish the opticians offered those services, but they do not).

“Do not use this company if you live in the states. I ordered my first pair of single vision glasses on March 5 2021. It is now June 8th and I still have not received them. I have been in contact with them about the manufacturing timeline which was a month delayed. They shipped it in April but it never arrive. I inquired about it as time passed and was informed that they are not responsible once it ships, check with your carrier, neighbors, did you give the correct address and every excuse possible. I gave them my p.o box and attached their shipping notification that they shipped it to my po.box. Long story short they only offered to replace the glasses which may take another couple of months but refuse to issue a refund so I can go elsewhere for my needs. By then my prescription will have changed. So do not use unless you are fine with losing money. But this makes you wonder if they will honor their own warranty policy if they make an error with the lense or frame. What is the timeline for that if they refuse to issue refunds. I will be placing a review for every dollar the glasses cost every week until the replacement pair arrives.”
