Surely it doesn't take 10 days to prepare lenses.
This is my first order and I am really not satisfied.

“Very easy to order I chose from a great range of styles and prices, scanned my prescriptions paid and specs arrived between 7 to 10 days. I think I have purchased about 15 pairs, like to team my specs to oufits, but I could never have done that going to Opticians. I hate the way Opticians try and force you to buy their specs. I have done this in the past as embarrassed to refuse but this time I thought NO not paying a fortune when Selectspecs can provide better prices.”
“I have previously been sold glasses costing well over £200 by opticians on the assurance that ey will fit me perfectly, only to find that they actually cut my face. I love the information on the select specs site about glasses to suit my face shape but also about how to compare the size of my older glasses with their glasses. I’m amazed by the huge range available. Even their budget range (£15) is exciting. I found it really easy to fill in the details of my prescription and to follow through with type of lens etc. I have now ordered several pairs of glasses and my shopping experience has been all good. I often have compliments about my glasses. I won’t ever go back to buying glasses from an optician again.”
“My prescription is outside the "normal" range so a pair of £15 glasses was not available, I had to pay extra to get the lens I needed and was advised I would need to wait a few weeks for them to be made up. I was pleasantly surprised the glasses were well made and were delivered with the advised timescales. Although I had to pay more for my freaky lens they glasses are very good value much cheaper than my usual optician would have charged. I will be using SelectSpecs in future.”

I only found out after ringing them to find out where my orders are, as I have been waiting over a month for my prescription glasses. They tell me it's going to be yet another week.
This is ok if you know where they are being made but not if your in a rush. I will update my review for more stars if and when they arrive and if they are any good.”
