I also love that at the great value prices I don't have to worry about losing or breaking them as a teacher is very possible. \r\nI also really liked the customer service I didn't enter a ADD value but instead of making the glasses they checked with me and quickly replied and supported me.\r\nAbsolutely getting my new prescription pair."

Despite placing an order a month ago, I did not receive any response after sending multiple emails. \r\n\r\nI then contacted the company through their chat service 4 times, where I was given excuses, such as:\r\n\r\n \"We have your frame, now waiting for your glass to be ready\" \r\n\r\nTwo week passes by for the next excuse:\r\n\r\n \"We have your glass, now waiting for your frame.\" \r\n\r\nHowever, even after receiving these responses, I did not receive any updates for another two weeks. \r\n\r\nUltimately, due to the long delay and lack of communication, I had no choice but to cancel my order, and now I am left without the glass I had hoped to receive."
