Horrendous service. I ordered glasses in August.
Problem no1: After 1 month, no progress on my order so I call them up to find out whats going on. I’m told the frames are yet to be delivered. But surprise, surprise, the order suddenly progresses the next day. What does that mean? Nobody could be bothered to get started with it for over a month.
Problem no2: Glasses get dispatched, but get delivered to the wrong house via royal mail and they are unable to retrieve it. After back and forth, I send all the proof to prove the delivery was sent to the wrong place including filling in their form. A week later, no communication, no replacement. At this rate, to avoid anymore wasted time, I email them asking for a refund instead. Surprise, surprise, their postage investigation now takes 4 weeks. It’s now October!
Why should the customer pay the price for courier mistakes??? Makes no sense!
Am now sitting with no glasses, wasted time and out of pocket!

“Still waiting they was ordered on the 4th of September evri got them on the 17th September.then got lost in their system constantly making same difference excuse please give us couple more days.then receive email to say they are replacing them on the 2nd of October.still no movement on them still in process so if there no more movement on this glasses I'm going to seek legal advice my daughter ordered me two pairs last week from spes direct and I had the first pair today now that's what you call a good company.if I get the glasses of this company I may change my review but for now they lucky I could only give them one star ⭐”

“This was a much better Spec Savers team than when when i last commented negatively. The service was great start to finish. Special mention to the Optometrist. I thought her name was Gupreet, but the signature looks like Gnandri ? She was efficient with an excellent attitude, and she made sure my Ear test afterwards was ready for me. I didnt wait long for either, and I had already chosen my preferred glasses whilst waiting when i arrived early. I was however surprised when i went to pick up my glasses and the assistant wanted me to wait in a queue to have the glasses handed over? (not good). I still say 5 out of 5 for the actual testing.”
