“This was a much better Spec Savers team than when when i last commented negatively. The service was great start to finish. Special mention to the Optometrist. I thought her name was Gupreet, but the signature looks like Gnandri ? She was efficient with an excellent attitude, and she made sure my Ear test afterwards was ready for me. I didnt wait long for either, and I had already chosen my preferred glasses whilst waiting when i arrived early. I was however surprised when i went to pick up my glasses and the assistant wanted me to wait in a queue to have the glasses handed over? (not good). I still say 5 out of 5 for the actual testing.”

On the last occasion I made a mistake on my order but didn't realise until the order was well within the process. Select Specs were happy to adjust my order to correct my mistake for a small charge ( which was fair - as it was my mistake )
