But I’ve deducted one star as on this occasion (this was a reglaze so I had to send my frames in) there was no acknowledgment that the frames had arrived (the order progress section of the website continued to state that my frames were awaited even though I had sent them in promptly) and the order processing was delayed by 10 days while I chased by email. I’ve received an apology and hope that procedures for dealing with reglazes have been tightened-up. I could have accepted the delay but the poor communication was not what I was entitled to expect. Once I successfully received a substantive reply to my emails, the reglazed frames were despatched promptly.”
