In favour of Size I got a full refund and £5 courtesy offer off my next purchase. Good customer service but I won’t order from Size again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Breaking consumer laws. Being dishonest with customers. Awful customer service. App and website don’t work for iOS users. Return policy isn’t adhered to. Quality of goods is dubious. An absolute joke, except you’re not laughing when you lose money.
I urge all dissatisfied customers to report this company to Trading Standards.

I purchased a pair of shoes and paid extra to ship to the US. I received 2 different Size shoes. I am very dissatisfied and on top of that I will have to pay again to return them. This is the stores fault for not checking Sizes before shipping our. If it was correct in the first place this would not have been an issue. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Customer service was very unhelpful with the return process.

I payed £95 for shoes, and then instead of choosing a delivery option I received a confirmation of the order and delivery address was incorrect it was actually my old address, when I reached out to customer service to ask for help - theyve said, orders cant be cancelled "we are sorry, but we can try"
Theyve also told me i need to clean my cookies - but i clean my cookies and catche files on a monthly basis, so this was not an issue.

I ordered online Jordan mid white pollen black yellow shoe 11 on October 29 and my confirmation order no is 17066.Iam trying to contact customer service that is non existent and through emails but no answer about shipping. I am flying abroad in three days and shoes were a gift for my near one.I am helpless and depressed and don't understand how SIGE deals with his customers.

Received a pair of trainers that were far smaller than described. Having returned them with a postal address they sent me (Hermes), they are telling me the tracking reference I have given them doesn’t match.
I have now opened up a PayPal case to get my £105 refund. Atrocious service and Hermes are equally atrocious. Won’t ever use either again.

I have been waiting almost three weeks for a refund, the store advise they can do nothing in house and i must contact customer service, customer service requested proof of return of the goods, which I did they then emailed to say I must go back to the store for a refund, in the meantime, still no refund!!! or explination of why I have been misadvised by all staff members.
