“I was looking for decent tickets to a Cubs game in early May for me and my daughter. I wanted decent seats that were not outrageously expensive. I appreciated all of the options posted on the Stubhub site for the game we had selected. I also liked the stadium layout so I could easily compare seats in comparable sections. One feature that I did not like, some seats were highlighted by the site but they were not always the best “value” seats. It seemed as if the site was trying to encourage me to buy seats from a preferred seller as compared to the seats that were the best value for me, the buyer. Make sure you look deeper into the available seats as compared to buying whatever Stubhub highlights.”

“I liked the ticket but it was really awkward that you provided my name to the seller. The people that sold me the ticket were weird and asked invasive questions. You should consider not providing names for safety reasons.”
“Gave me the wrong tickets. I paid a bunch for what was to be a bucket-list concert splurge: floor tickets to the Eagles 50 feet from the stage, plus a flight and hotel room in Nashville. Received POOR tickets with blocked view; they offered to comp me $50 and give me bleacher tickets 150+ feet from the stage. They have still not resolved the problem.”

One star off for incorrect information on parking. Prepaid parking was not available per the venue so I would call this a bad business practice on stubhub’s part.”
“Not a big fan of tickets I can’t put in Apple Wallet ahead of time. I’ve had bad experiences when svc is slow and can’t get into email. Thankfully, this went well, but it made me anxious until we got to venue.”
“So first off I didn’t like the fact I didn’t get tickets right away. Was told they would arrive the day of….up to an hour before hand. 😬
The night before my event I got an email stating my tickets were ready. I was told that Axs.com was delivering the tickets and to wait until they sent an email as well so I could accept the tickets. Never got the email. Next morning still nothing so I put in for a retransfer. Called StubHub and spoke With one of there members. They also put in for a retransfer. Was told they had until 4 CT. I also received a call and a email from the representative and was told they were monitoring the situation. And they did just that. At 3:45 I finally got my tickets, however they weren’t the seats I ordered. Apparently the axs.com had an issue with my original tickets. And I got new ones for no extra charge. (Which I asked for) so even though it was a very stressful day, I got my tickets and had a great time. And I think the new seats were better than the original ones. StubHub came through. They are awesome!”
