“They advertise that it is the top destination for ticket buyers and ‘resellers’ but after purchasing the tickets in March for a show in October - I realized in July I wasn’t able to attend the show on that date and so I wanted to resell the tickets with the hope of getting most of my money back. Going through the process I made a new listing that they said they’d keep ‘hidden’ until I had my tickets in my hand, so no one could see the listed resale making it impossible to sell. Live chat was useless in helping so I tried to get a human on the phone to release my tickets to me but their number just brings me to a recording that hangs up. I didn’t receive my tickets until months later literally a few hours before the show making it impossible to resell them. Extremely frustrating for customers who are just trying to get money back. I’ll never use stub hub again.”
“Stubhub made my purchase of NHL tickets as quick and easy as possible, as is usual for them. It wasn't as fast as one-click, but it was pretty close. I would strongly recommend Stubhub to anybody looking for competitive pricing on quality event tickets.”

“We were delayed entry at the gate because the bar code in the stub hub app would not scan for any of the gate scanners. Although they eventually allowed us to enter, it was a bad experience. I asked to have some of the service fee refunded, since the service was very bad, but Stub Hub customer service refused to provide any compensation at all!”
“If I could put a negative rating on STUBHUB I would. They claim they had transferred my ticket to AXS, but the ticket never transferred. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody seeing how the number just hangs up on you. I try to get a hold of somebody for hours. Never got through to anybody now they’re saying they can’t give me a refund for a show. I never attended because I didn’t take a screenshot. I will never use StubHub ever again.”
“We were worried that I made a mistake. Initially I had buyers remorse and we almost canceled it on my credit card. So glad that we didn't. The seats were great. The system is user friendly. Ill use stub again for sure.”
