“The tickets I bought were cheap, and I got great seats. I didn´t have any problem getting into the stadium with my son, and I really enjoyed the game.”
“Kind of sneaky how they force you pay for parking passes by not making it clear that it is optional and how to exit. Very unclear and not helpful when you click accidently and they're unwilling to budge or make exceptions when it's clearly only been minutes since purchase”
“It was easy to find tickets in the section I wanted in wrigley and also by price too. I think the app is very user friendly and you can filter a lot of options as well. Good price, straight forward no hidden fees. And tickets were downloaded pretty quickly.”
“Was impossible to sell my tickets on StubHub. They would hold them as pending and say they would review and post them after three days. I never heard back and posted them 4 times. I tried to contact customer service 4 times including the bots and real human customer service members. They would do nothing to help except say repost it, try again, don't worry it will work this time and even "sometimes there is no solution to a problem". I can't believe they make any money with that type of service. I wasted a lot of time over 3 weeks with them. I highly recommend not using them.”
“My husband purchased 5 tickets for Dave Matthews Concert for our wedding anniversary and my family came from Dominican Republic for the concert. We just got informed that we will not get tickets a few hours before the concert. We purchased the tickets back in January!!! Emailed numerous times asking about our tickets and the same answer.. we will get it the day of the concert. Well we did get tickets..This is completely unacceptable.DO Not But tickets from StubHub.. the worst Company EVER.”
“Purchased tickets from this site only to find out hours before the event that they weren't authentic. We contacted customer service to notify them and have been met with careless attention. I was told to go to the event and contact them if I had trouble getting in AFTER mgmt verified that they were indeed fake. During this conversation, they disconnected the call. After reaching out a 2nd time, the representative told me that it would be a 10 min wait for a manager because she is "congested". This is unspeakable and shocking behavior for a company with a supposedly reputable name. I am now stuck trying to get into an event after traveling to be in the city where the event is hosted. $600 wasted.”

Our tickets to a concert were rescheduled to a later date due to weather. We cannot make this later day due to a medical procedure. Every other ticket vendor gives refund if you cannot make the rescheduled date but of course stub hub doesn’t because they are so scammy. We received an email from StubHub about our tickets informing us that “ If you can no longer attend, you can resell your tickets on StubHub. If you relist your tickets and they sell, we will automatically waive the fee we normally charge sellers. This means we will pay you the full price you listed the tickets at.” so we said okay that’s fine let’s just resell the tickets. We list our tickets for $250 which was $50 less than what we bought them for. Whatever atleast we were getting something out of it right. Then when we sell our tickets we are charged the sellers fee even though we were promised that it would be waived. We talked to the worst support team we’ve ever talked to looking for some help. After an hour and a half conversation we just kept getting told that we aren’t getting the seller fee back. I will never be using stubhub again and I hope this helps anyone else avoid stubhub aswell.”
“One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They have a Chabot but claim that it is not an official communication tool. So my chat was not recorded and every answer that I got from the Chabot at the end was a complete lie that Stubhub supervisor would not honor! What a scam! They told me that I can release the tickets to get my money back. That means try to sell my tickets and if they do not sell I am out of my money. They do NOT honor their Fan Protect policy that the Chatbot told me about and guaranty that my tickets are going to get fixed. StubHub will give you whatever cheaper seats they want and they take ZERO responsibility”
