“Tickets came but it would’ve be nice to have a better approximation of where I’d be sitting like center or off center to the left or right etc. I questioned the legitimacy of the ticket but was glad it was legit. I would’ve been more reassured if the refund policy was 100% but upon speaking with your AI chatbot support it was revealed that your guarantee is contingent and it is actually not fully guaranteed so that lowered confidence level slightly.”
