I repeatedly complained to StubHub who's best offer was a £20 voucher to be used within 12 months - as if I would ever buy from them again! “Very disappointed with StubHub’s parking service.
The parking they sold me was advertised as being close to the Kaseya Center, but it was actually very far away. This was completely misleading and unacceptable. I tried speaking with a supervisor to either get a refund or be reassigned to a closer parking location, but it was completely useless. No one helped resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, I was told multiple times that I would receive an email with a solution or follow-up regarding my complaint, and I never received anything. I also never received the refund for the parking cost I paid.
This experience was frustrating, misleading, and extremely unprofessional. I expected much better customer service from a company like StubHub.”

“m extremely disappointed with StubHub. We drove over 7 hours to attend the PBR Finals, only to find out the tickets we purchased for over $500 never existed. We spent valuable time stressed and scrambling at the venue trying to figure out what happened, with a real possibility of missing the event entirely because we trusted the tickets we bought through StubHub.
Yes, StubHub eventually refunded the money, but that does not make up for the anxiety, inconvenience, and risk of ruining a very important trip for my family. Thankfully, we were able to purchase different tickets at the last minute, but we should never have been put in that situation.

“Had no problems. Tickets available in a timely manner. Cost for tickets were good. StubHub service fee was fair. Not expensive like TicketMaster. Seating was excellent. Great purchasing experience for “Babyface”, Las Vegas at the Palms through StubHub. Wonderful show! Great Rooftop experience afterwards. Overall, just a great and enjoyable memorable night!!! A lifetime experience to share with family and friends in hometown, Atlanta, GA.”
