“Was able to get last minute tickets to James Taylor about an hour before the show started. The tickets were recieved electronically at a very reasonable price and we were seated right when the show started. What a great and unexpected experience as we were at dinner and just found out he was playing in Lake Tahoe right down the street from the restaurant. Wonderful experience but were disappoiinted James did not play some of our favorite songs like You've Got a Friend and some others. Very upsetting.”

“BUYER BEWARE! I purchased tickets through Stubhub, ticket delivery date was the day of the show. I reached out to support multiple times the week prior to the show and was assured that tickets would arrive before the start of the show. I received an email that they were transferred to my AXS account an hour before the show. They never showed up there. I was on the phone with support for hours. StubHub sent replacement tickets two hours after the start time of the concert. What makes it all worse is that I had also sold these tickets. My buyers were standing in line for a show they never received tickets to. I was not only charged for my original tickets, but also to reimburse my buyers. I am in open dispute with them for all of this which can apparently take up to 45 days to resolve. Meanwhile, Stubhub has my money for original tickets and resale reimbursement. This was a show that I wouldve traveled 1200 miles for. Thank goodness I didn't as tickets never arrived. I will never use StubHub again.”

“The tickets arrived on time. It was easy to contact support and I got a fast reply to my inquiry.
One thing to note is that I got an upgrade which was a real treat - but - changed my ticket reservation status from me being able to print tickets in convenient stores (Japan) to me waiting for the tickets via mail - what I was trying to avoid. I had no way to control this or to change it or even go back to my original choice with no upgrades. Luckily enough the Japanese mail service works great so I got it in time - 24 hours before the concert. Over all a very good experience with stubhub.”
“It was basically a good experience, got the tickets for a great price, good seats, easy process if you follow the steps, great show! The only thing was that I accepted my tickets but they had a lock symbol on the barcode so I called both Stub Hub and Ticket Master, they tried hard to help but didn't realize that the my phone was older and didn't support the ticket transfer..my daughter figured it out when I sent them to her phone and it worked as it should. Just putting that out there for troubleshooting if someone has an issue the same”
“The parking pass showed up on my phone at the right time. I was concerned because I had not received my pass on the morning of the game I was attending. But, I received phone calls and emails letting me know the pass was coming. As I approached the stadium, I looked at my phone and the pass was there! I appreciate the phone calls and emails.”
