“The tickets could not be scanned at the gate. We had to visit a special ticket agent to receive the tickets via a link, which allowed us to download them and then scan them at the gate. Luckily we were early and the line wasn't long. Never had this happen before. Not a good experience.”
“Look, I hate all the fees as much as anyone. Yes, I've been burned trying to sell with all the fees. BUT August 25th I purchased tickets to see Rosalia in CDMX. No tickets show up on day of show Aug 26th. I'm US and I'm in CDMX, I get Spanish voicemails and then emails asking me to download an app to get the tix. Do so, respond, no tickets in a few hours. Getting panicked. Here's where Stubhub came thru, more than ONE HOUR on WatsApp and chat and on phone and they sorted everything out and we ended up even getting upgraded. The agent didn't let up till it was all resolved and then I got a follow up a couple of hours before showtime asking if everything was all OK. So . . . I'm gonna say that was worth all the annoying fees I've paid in the past and I hope everyone gets the level of support I got when you need it.”

I was able to instruct the Hollywood Bowl to share them with her via email, she put them in her virtual wallet and VOILA, she was in! GREAT SHOW, AND GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank you for making it possible! Only one caveat, the parking ticket I bought for the Bowl turned out to be a scam; 2 miles away, 36 minute walk. Didn't use it and Stubhub refunded my money within 72 hours after filing a complaint. ALSO AWESOME! Great service, and a great way to get tix to sold out shows. Thank you, Stubhub!!!”
