“Easy comprehensive pricing. I didn't feel a bait and switch or lured by pricing that wasn't real. The expeience was seemless, got tickets at a fantastic price, was able to preview the seat view, and read the ratings on the seats themselves. After purchase, was able to send my partner his ticket directly because we were coming from separate locations. No complaints at all. Great service, and ticket available within minutes for a same night event!”
“Purchasing the tickets was straightforward (not always the case these days), and delivered immediately. What did not make me happy is that I paid almost $30 for a premium parking pass and the lot specified on the pass turned out to be free. I would like a refund for the parking pass, and have filed a request for this.”

Kept on talking to AI bots rather a human to handle case. The fan protect was not able to find tickets similar and ended up with a full refund but missed the event entirely. Really stressful ordeal. 1) Stop with the emails. I just went to one game on vacation. I don't want to hear from you again.
2) Why do you think I am interested in watching the NBA when I attended a baseball game in [checks notes] .... TOKYO?
3) Your pricing is manipulative and should be illegal. I appreciate there are inevitably going to be fees, but you should be forced to display this egregious almost 100% mark-up while browsing, not at the point of sale.
