“Tickets didn’t match those advertised for seat location, and while the tickets said ‘unaccompanied children aren’t permitted’ it didn’t say the tickets were for children after clicking into them. Screenshots are available for this.
You can’t enter the ground with 2x child tickets with either children or adults.
Support refused reimbursement and the online chat repeatedly disconnected. Promised email never sent to me.

“I was skeptical to use stubhub for BTS. However all my worries were proved wrong. I can’t talk about anyone else’s experience but my own. The tickets were transferred to me in a timely manner and I was able to enjoy my concert without encountering any troubles. It was a bit on the pricey side but I also decided last minute to attend.”
