“The seller ended up not transferring me our tickets, which was quite upsetting as we were outside the stadium expecting to go to the concert.
Thankfully, after many phone calls StubHub came to the rescue and directly sent me amazing tickets (at no extra cost) that were 4 rows from the stage!!

“Seating was unclear. “Amazing seats!” It says while showing a picture of a seats on the second floor near the balcony. Meanwhile, I get there, I’m in the VERY LAST ROW of the entire arena. Sucky seats and misleading advertisement. Great show though but that’s bc the band freakin rocks. Prob not gonna use this site again.”
“Quick easy transactions. Finding tickets in confusing with all the filters and recommended statuses. Literally logged into two different devices and the ticket prices are $5-$7 different for the same seats. Some tickets don't appear on some searches. There should be an easy way to see ALL tickets at once.
Fees are obscenely high - i will probably be switching to Seat Geek.”
