“Compré dos entradas para la Copa del Mundo a través de StubHub antes de que se conociera el cuadro del torneo. Como muchos aficionados, compré dos posibles rutas de mi selección con la intención de utilizar una y revender la otra.
En ningún momento de la compra se informó que las entradas eran intransferibles. Cuando las recibí, descubrí que estaban marcadas como “Non-transferable” y que incluso mostraban el nombre de otra persona como titular.
Cuando solicité ayuda, StubHub respondió que ellos habían cumplido porque recibí las entradas y que, si no podía utilizarlas o venderlas, era mi problema.
Si hubiera sabido que eran intransferibles, nunca las habría comprado. Me parece una falta de transparencia vender entradas con una limitación tan importante sin advertirlo claramente!”
“Wish I could give 0 stars. I called over and over and emailed them and kept telling me to wait and wait till they were ready. The concert rolls around and still no tickets and the seller won't answer. I was selling these but I never received anything. I called about that and was told i would NOT BE charged. Checked my bank about and they took $600 left me with $40. I'm very upset and called and have to a wait at least 30 days to get ot back so a whole month with $40. DO NOT USE THIS SIRE. YOU WILL CHEATED OUT!!!!!”
“This was my first time using Stubhub and I didn't realize they don't do electronic tickets. Once I purchased my ticket, I realized it was being delivered to my home but I was already going to be away and on my way to where the concert was being held.
I contacted Stubhub and they had the ticket overnighted to me. I received it the next day before I packed up to leave on my trip!!”

“Ticketing agency not at fault, but we left early. No indication of the level of inappropriateness by poster graphics or poster summary for young adults. It started badly and continued to increase grossly. Not for individuals under 18 and it was over the top enough to not be enjoyed by any of the four adults attending. Really disappointing. This was our first trip to New York and we wanted to see a show. Despite the significant expense for our family, leaving early was a best course of action.”

Immediately after purchasing my event tickets, I received a pop up offering “Theater parking - Giselle” (exact wording) listed as 0.4 miles from the theater. Because I have attended many events at the Hobby Center and am familiar with the official theater garage located directly next to the venue, I assumed this was the same parking facility.
However, the pass I received was for a third party downtown parking lot that is not affiliated with the theater and is located much farther away (closer to a mile from the actual theater entrance). This distance is not feasible for my elderly mother, who has significant hip issues and cannot walk long distances. When we came for the event on Sunday, we measured the distance from the official theater garage parking to the entrance (0.3 miles), so the advertised 0.4 miles seemed reasonable. The actual location of the parking pass I purchased was nowhere near that.
Because of this misleading information, we were unable to use the parking pass. I contacted StubHub support, but the representatives and manager were unable to assist and suggested I drop off my mother and walk from the distant lot in 100 degree Houston weather, which was not a safe or reasonable option. My refund / future use credit was denied.
I ask for a refund or a Stubhub credit due to the following:
1. The parking was misrepresented as theater parking for the Giselle event.
2. The distance listed (0.4 miles) was inaccurate by a significant margin.
3. The pass was not usable due to accessibility and safety concerns.
P.S. I initially wrote long honest review about the parking pass Stubhub experience but I never received the email for email verification assuming Stubhub is dismissing the bad reviews from being posted.”
