“Loved the ticket experience, the ease of ordering and receiving our tickets. What we didn’t love is purchasing our parking through Stub Hub only to realize as we were downtown that the lot was a 17 minute walk from the venue - in 22 degrees while wearing high heels. Needless to say, we didn’t park there and found a spot on the street about 8 minutes away. Beware of paying for parking through the app! It’s non-refundable and doesn’t tell you it’s not in the parking garage of the venue.”
