“I was on a road trip and decided to see a baseball ⚾ game. My ticket "purchase" from stubhub was not what I expected. I found the tickets to purchase but when I tried accessing them on GameDay it was frustrating. After standing in-line (side-waiting) and trying different methods I realized I had to download the MLB App to get my Barcode Tickets. WHY?!”
“The address provided in the App was different from the actual location in the attachment and made it unnecessarily difficult to locate the garage combined with the traffic and street closures due to the concert it took an extra hour to get to the garage.”
“The Concert days were Amazing ! The only one issue I have is the long process to get a QR code - and the APP and the email et etc . Just seems sooo complicated just to have a ticket, maybe this process could be simplified somehow for next year. Other than that, the expereicne was FANTASTIC !”
“Got tickets through StubHub to see The Guess Who in Gillford, New Hampshire and didn’t receive my tickets until the show was almost ready to start and I didn’t receive the tickets that they told me I was going to, but they made up for it by giving me even better seats and VIP passes also. I’m never worried when I get tickets through StubHub. Great show!”
