“I purchased a parking pass via StubHub for the July 1st Red Sox vs. Nationals game at Fenway Park in Boston.
The parking pass seller did not specify that the pass would go into effect at 11:30 am. I arrived at the parking structure at 10:30 am, unbeknownst that the pass would be effective at 11:30 am the earliest. I ended up paying additional, out of pocket, to park in the same parking structure where the StubHub parking pass was designated. To make matters worse, StubHub did not allow me to resell the ticket by allowing for the ticket to be advertised publicly on the StubHub website. I am very disappointed with the process, outcome and poor customer service by StubHub.”
“Didn’t receive tickets for event, customer service said they sent replacement tickets but they didn’t arrive until after the opening sets, by which point I was already on my way home. No refund issued. Absolutely pathetic customer service. All overseas call centers too; broken English, very difficult to understand.”

“Horrible experience with purchase and listing of Morocco-Canada FIFA world cup ticket. My flight got delayed, so i had to put 2 tickets out of 4 purchased for sale. I pre-uploaded the tickets as they asked. Even after 5 hours of waiting, after pre-upload of tickets, StubHub still didn't activate my listing. The match was just 2 hours away by that time. Then I cancelled the listing. After I cancelled the listing i was on chat asking multiple reps to release my ticket. and they didn't. It took 2 hours, last minute to get my own ticket back to me. I couldn't sell it elsewhere and was wasted. I demand that StubHub pay me for the 2 tickets that they illegally held without transfering back to me until last minute of the match. I lost the money, $600 x 2 = $1200.”
“Although I was nervous about whether the tickets were legal, I received mine the same day I ordered it. It worked well, and it got me to the game with no problem. It was much better than getting it directly from the FIFA website where I could've never been to the game with the prices so high.
Price was still almost twice as the original price the person paid, but that's what people do. I wish they wouldn't re sell them for that high, but like I said, still better than directly with FIFA if you weren't lucky to win the chance to buy tickets.”
