“The ease of buying off stubhub is nice and I have many times. The issue with my recent purchase was I was sent 5 emails about the tickets. I check "my tickets" in my app and they were not there. Went back to the 5 emails to figure out what happened. After 10 minutes of reading EVERY email I saw in small print my tickets were transferred or sitting in the MLB app. Now, if I did not have the MLB app, this would have been a HUGE issue. Fortunately for me, I do. I just cannot understand why, when bought off the Stubhub app, the tickets were not there. It was quite frustrating.”

“Customer service is all AI or scripted email responses. I paid for but did not receive the tickets I selected. Instead of a refund to purchase seats where I would like them they offered, what they considered comparable options, which were not. I did not mind to pay extra for different seats but that is not even an option. This was a disappointing experience and after using this platform many times for tickets I will find other options as there are many to choose from.”
“Terrible service. First Stub Hub cancelled my ticket order without explanation but then tried to charge me for the parking. Glad I alerted Amex as they cancelled the attempted charge right away. Not using Stub Hub again.”
