“The add on parking pass was a scam. It was $15 for a lot that was a mile away. Upon arrival, the sign read $1.50 for parking. Lot was empty. Decided to park the venue, it was free. Also, there was a parking ramp at the venue for $20. To top it off, I reached out to Stub Hub to let them know and the service rep. Jay, ended our chat before even addressing the situation. I'm out the $15. Stub Hub needs to do a better job of verifying the add ons. It was a joke with still no resolve.”

“I thought I had missed out on Goldford when he was here in January and was sold out. However it turns out, he canceled due to weather, so I continued to check Stubhub for a ticket. prices were great, then shot up. Since I am a single mom on a tight budget, & was going alone, I couldn't justify the price. I stopped checking until the day of, hoping there was at least one ticket at a good price. That ticket price fell from 60, to 52, to 49, to 45, to 39, to 35, to 32 and I pulled the trigger at 31 two hours before the show. I live 45 min from Dallas, so I got dressed, busted down, & enjoyed the hell out of that show. Best $39 spent (on me) in a LONG time. payment, fees, and app with my ticket were all great. Hoping to make the rest of the year filled with shows!!!”
