“The tickets arrived on time. It was easy to contact support and I got a fast reply to my inquiry.
One thing to note is that I got an upgrade which was a real treat - but - changed my ticket reservation status from me being able to print tickets in convenient stores (Japan) to me waiting for the tickets via mail - what I was trying to avoid. I had no way to control this or to change it or even go back to my original choice with no upgrades. Luckily enough the Japanese mail service works great so I got it in time - 24 hours before the concert. Over all a very good experience with stubhub.”
“It was basically a good experience, got the tickets for a great price, good seats, easy process if you follow the steps, great show! The only thing was that I accepted my tickets but they had a lock symbol on the barcode so I called both Stub Hub and Ticket Master, they tried hard to help but didn't realize that the my phone was older and didn't support the ticket transfer..my daughter figured it out when I sent them to her phone and it worked as it should. Just putting that out there for troubleshooting if someone has an issue the same”
“The parking pass showed up on my phone at the right time. I was concerned because I had not received my pass on the morning of the game I was attending. But, I received phone calls and emails letting me know the pass was coming. As I approached the stadium, I looked at my phone and the pass was there! I appreciate the phone calls and emails.”
“I had purchased two Lewis Capaldi tickets using StubHub for the April 29th Red Rocks show. The deadline for the seller to transfer was 4:30 pm vlthat day . Right at 4:30?I was asked by StubHub if I received the tickets. I replied “no” and immediately I received an email with an offer of two replacement tickets which were even better I replied”yes” and they transferred those two tickets to me.
