Didn't receive an email went back on help and now don't have any history that the conversation happened. Now telling me event was over and nothing can be done! I am so disgusted. Will never deal with Stub Hub ever!”
“I wish I could give StubHub negative stars, I wish that was a thing! This was a terrible experience. I bought tickets for a February show back in November. Of course, I got zero updates since November, and no email with the tickets. Until suddenly, the day before the concert, I get a call from someone saying our tickets are longer available…what!!?? I paid a lot of money for these tickets, I took time off from work, I booked a hotel room, I took my daughter out of school for a few days to attend this concert. Now they’re telling me I don’t have tickets, the day before the concert!!?? This is unacceptable, no one should have to deal with this, please, I’m trying to help, stay clear of stubhub!”

“Purchased 4 tickets to the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. The ticket total was $217. After taxes and $113 in fees my total cost $358. That began as 4 seats at $54 each. That's ridiculous. As if that wasn't enough, I had difficulty getting the tickets. Had to wait on them to send me the tickets them had to upload them.....
I won't buy from Subhub or Ticketmaster again as they are apparently related.”
“What a terrible company. I paid for insurance and the company would not acknowledge this. I spoke with “Dave” and he kept quoting policy to explain why they do not supply refunds. What a crock for a company.”
“They absolutely horrible. I purchased a parking pass for the Super Bowl on Wednesday prior to the game. I never received the pass. Called to get my money back after purchasing a ticket from SeatGeek because the time had elapsed from when the ticket was to be delivered. StubHub said they would send me another parking pass. The story changed everyone I called. Do not use StubHub. I repeat do not use them.”

“I recently purchased tickets for a theater event, but despite the promise of e-ticket delivery on the day of the show, I never received them. After spending almost six hours on the phone with various agents on the day of the show, I was forced to buy tickets at the theater for the event. The theater staff then informed me that the transaction was fraudulent. Although a StubHub agent assured me of a full refund it would take two weeks to process! I have doubts about their reliability. The cost of the three tickets was over $800. Notably, I have used other ticket agencies without experiencing such issues. Ultimately, I deleted the app.!”
