“Bought a ticket and parking pass. The ticket access worked and I was able to transfer it. But the parking pass access did not work and I was unable to access it before the event. I ended up paying cash for parking and twice I tried to get a refund thru the agents but they just kept telling me I should have accessed the tickets using the access code.. which did not work ( the link to find the order did not exist on the page the email sent me to ). Don't buy parking thru them.”
“Concert was rescheduled one day before event. We could not make the rescheduled date and wanted a refund. We did have insurance on tickets. We attempted to cancel through stub hub but was told to give service rep access to our phone where he proceeded to tell my husband we did not have insurance, so the process he, rep, needed to do was to have my husband open his cash app application, go into iPhone app and a couple of other apps. I stepped in and told him No. The rep proceeded to tell us that this was the only way he could give us a full refund. I informed the rep that we would just go through the bank and report fraud. The rep had already had my husband send him 230 dollars and tried to get my husband to send another 270. We immediately called the bank. The rep had also taken another 230, which the bank informed us of. This was crazy crazy. Never do that again.”
“Received the tickets very quickly after purchasing. A fraction of the face value of the original ticket price. Pulled the trigger 5 minutes before tip off for the Laker Game and sat lower bowl for $29.00. Amazing. I consistently recommend Stubhub for ticket purchases.”

“I bought tickets from a seller who did not come through with their tickets. Because of the protection coverage that Stubhub has, I was able to pick my own seats that was offer to me from Stubhub. I was able to pick seats that were closer to the stage than my original tickets. I am highly satisfied with Stubhub for giving me those options to find new seats. I do hope Stubhub doesn’t let this particular seller sell again because they did not come through with their tickets.”
“The game tickets were fine. The added parking, about $30 was awful. I had to load multiple new apps and still didn’t get clear directions to my lot. Was directed to a closed lot and in the end had to pay $80 elsewhere to valet parking. I called them next day and was told I would hear back. Well only in the form of leaving a review. Find another way than Stub Hub for parking.”
“If I could leave a “0” I would. I paid for tickets to a game and the tickets weren’t released until after the game ended. I contacted Stubhub and they refused to reimburse or compensate for tickets that were not released until after the game and could not be used.”
“I believe that it may not be StubHub’s fault. I paid for my tickets to see The Great Gatsby at the Hippodrome before 1:00pm. I was chatting back and forth with the StubHub agent. My tickets did not become available until 2:15pm. The show started at 2:00. I was very upset considering it was 4 of us and we were waiting for the other 2 tickets. We had been at the Hippodrome since 12:30. I never had this problem before.”
