“Was relatively easy to use once you downloaded the App...only issue was the tickets came later than I would have liked.. at around 3pm of show day (they said by 4:30pm) but I was in transit bwfore 4:30 and assumed I would have them before show started..which i did so all good”
“First time using them. Never got tickets despite messaging them I never received a transfer email but despite showing evidence i never received it when it was already too late. Kept on talking to AI bots rather a human to handle case. The fan protect was not able to find tickets similar and ended up with a full refund but missed the event entirely. Really stressful ordeal. Would not recommend.”
“Honestly, I wasn't going to write a review, until I received a THIRD annoying email begging me to, so here it is.
1) Stop with the emails. I just went to one game on vacation. I don't want to hear from you again.
2) Why do you think I am interested in watching the NBA when I attended a baseball game in [checks notes] .... TOKYO?
3) Your pricing is manipulative and should be illegal. I appreciate there are inevitably going to be fees, but you should be forced to display this egregious almost 100% mark-up while browsing, not at the point of sale.
