“My husband and my brother bought tickets for the FIFA Club World Cup a year in advance. They took time off work, booked flights and a hotel, and were repeatedly told that the tickets would be delivered two days before the game. Despite multiple phone calls and hours spent speaking with customer service, they never received the tickets.
In the end, they were not able to get into the game. I honestly can’t believe this happened. If you’re buying tickets from this site, insist on receiving your tickets months in advance and don’t wait until the last minute.”

I purchased four FIFA World Cup tickets for my family months in advance. When the tickets weren't delivered, StubHub repeatedly told me to wait, assuring me that the tickets were guaranteed and that if the seller failed to transfer them, they would provide comparable replacement tickets—even up to one hour before kickoff.
None of that happened.
After paying $300 for parking and traveling to the stadium, my wife, our 10-year-old, our 6-year-old, and I were left standing outside without tickets. StubHub failed to deliver the tickets they guaranteed and failed to provide replacements as promised. Our family missed an event we had planned and looked forward to for a long time.
This was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience. If you're considering buying tickets for an important event, especially one that can't be replaced, I would strongly advise using another company.”
“Compré dos entradas para la Copa del Mundo a través de StubHub antes de que se conociera el cuadro del torneo. Como muchos aficionados, compré dos posibles rutas de mi selección con la intención de utilizar una y revender la otra.
En ningún momento de la compra se informó que las entradas eran intransferibles. Cuando las recibí, descubrí que estaban marcadas como “Non-transferable” y que incluso mostraban el nombre de otra persona como titular.
Cuando solicité ayuda, StubHub respondió que ellos habían cumplido porque recibí las entradas y que, si no podía utilizarlas o venderlas, era mi problema.
Si hubiera sabido que eran intransferibles, nunca las habría comprado. Me parece una falta de transparencia vender entradas con una limitación tan importante sin advertirlo claramente!”
“Wish I could give 0 stars. I called over and over and emailed them and kept telling me to wait and wait till they were ready. The concert rolls around and still no tickets and the seller won't answer. I was selling these but I never received anything. I called about that and was told i would NOT BE charged. Checked my bank about and they took $600 left me with $40. I'm very upset and called and have to a wait at least 30 days to get ot back so a whole month with $40. DO NOT USE THIS SIRE. YOU WILL CHEATED OUT!!!!!”
“This was my first time using Stubhub and I didn't realize they don't do electronic tickets. Once I purchased my ticket, I realized it was being delivered to my home but I was already going to be away and on my way to where the concert was being held.
I contacted Stubhub and they had the ticket overnighted to me. I received it the next day before I packed up to leave on my trip!!”

“Ticketing agency not at fault, but we left early. No indication of the level of inappropriateness by poster graphics or poster summary for young adults. It started badly and continued to increase grossly. Not for individuals under 18 and it was over the top enough to not be enjoyed by any of the four adults attending. Really disappointing. This was our first trip to New York and we wanted to see a show. Despite the significant expense for our family, leaving early was a best course of action.”
