“The tickets I purchased were amazing and for a great price, I also got the tickets immediately. The tickets clearly stated parking was included when I received the digital tickets I did not get a parking pass. I immediately email customer service sent screenshots of my purchase and they called me the following day ( I purchased the tickets late in the am) they assured me the passes came with free parking they contacted the seller and had the seller send me the parking pass. I got it with in seconds was able to add it to my Google wallet. At the concert everything went smoothly. I'm glad I contacted customer service and didn't pay for a parking pass I didn't need”
