“Never got tickets, they held 550.00 for months obviously not securing the tickets I had purchased. Changed my seats from 3rd row to 6th row, still never got tickets, told me I was still going to get them, drove to the venue over an hour away, 7:02 (concert at 7) after many attempts to resolve, they refunded my money. Obviously they sell tickets not secured, add their ridiculous fees, and gain interest on your money before return with weak apologies. Never, ever use Stubhub, total scam to gain interest on your money as you plan, secure baby sitters, travel etc. Only to get tucked by these guys.”
