“First time purchasing here. They sent me an email stating my order was canceled. To then still charge me. The "best the can do" is for me to resell them for a cheaper price of what I bought them. Never will I order through them again. The time I've wasted fight with reps and headaches. The reps are useless.”
“I purchased 2- 2 Day General Admission ADULT
tickets to Dark Star Jubilee in Thornville, Ohio from
StubHub on 5/23/2026 11:55am. I received my tickets
instantly. I went to the festival, and went to scan the
tickets and was denied entry. The ticket clerk
manager looked up the guys name Roger Kreiter, and
he was issued a refund at 4pm for the tickets. So I
called StubHub and they said they would send me
replacement tickets after an hour on the phone, they
sent me replacement tickets and I accepted them
and when I did, they were children’s tickets. StubHub
has admitted they sent me children’s tickets but said
it’s my fault for accepting them, and you can see they
were obviously never used! I drove 4 hours to this
festival, I am attaching everything below, including
my purchase and what they sent me. The original
purchased tickets were from Roger Kreiter and for
some reason the replacement tickets they sent me
were Children’s tickets from Amanda Barker as stated
on bottom of both tickets. They have refused to fix it,
and keep saying there’s nothing they can do because
I accepted the children’s tickets that they replaced
my original adult tickets with, but I also sent the
screenshot of the email with the replacement tickets.
Simply a refund will be unacceptable, 4 hour drive, 2
hour phone conversation, and the best they can tell
me is I’m out of luck.”

Although service fees are not ideal and absolutely jack up the ticket price, they are expected when ordering online. For those reviews that mention they thought they bought from the venue online, thats just not happening. The only way Ive ever been able to purchase tickets from the venue (and save the fees) was at the venue ticket counter, and rarely an option unless you live close by

“I bought a ticket from them thinking I was buying from the venue itself. I was on the venue site, but when I tried to buy a ticket, it was from stubhub, not the venue. I immediately called and tried to get a refund, which they refused. They offered to sell it for me but the ticket didn’t arrive until the morning of the event, and despite trying to follow their complicated instructions(using several websites) I couldn’t figure it out. I thought I’d transfer the ticket, but received no confirmation.
It is not a simple process and I couldn’t find a phone number to get help with it. Emails kept coming back to me.
So disappointed.
It is now in dispute w my credit card company.”
