“They false advertise !! I bought parking for a location and they send me a different location , i send them a request and they said that the listing says 15 minutes walking from venue , i told them they advertise a different address to deceive people and they send a different place once you buy the tickets thinking you bought tickets for the address they have listed
I tried to resolve but they said because the listing says 15 minutes from venue they are not going to give me a refund , even do the listing is for a different location to deceive people because if they put the correct address they wont sell the tickets

They let people sell tickets -they don’t have and then you get to the event dressed up and excited- with NO TICKETS. The customer service is horrible- who knows if we’ll ever get a refund? They kept us on the phone for hours and then don’t refund. Tell everyone not to use STUBHUB

“Bought Arizona Diamondback parking ticket from Stubhub.
They sent me multiple emails with the final one giving me an address of 333 E Jefferson st. After getting there in massive traffic the lady in the lot tells me we are at the wrong garage. Know there are 50 cars behind us and the streets are jammed. So we ended up paying another 60.00 to park there.
I called Stubhub after the game and told them the story, The first person I talked to said she could not help me so I asked for the supervisor, the supervisor was very nice and told me they screwed up and gave me tickets for the wrong garage and she was going to escalate it to get me a full refund.
After about 2 hour I got an email from her saying they could not reimburse me because it was after the event. Offered me a 16.00 dollar credit which is useless.
I would never do business with them again they wont stand behind their own screw up”

“Purchased a parking spot for a world cup game. Never received it 48 hours before the event in the app they said I needed to download. Called and showed there were no tickets transferred. Agent said I would get a refund. No refund given. I called on the day of the event and they said they would try to transfer to me again. I said no, it was suppose to be there 48 before and it wasn't so I made alternate plans for parking.
No refund ever given. No parking space ever transferred. Will NEVER use Stub Hub again!”
“It was really easy to buy and get resell tickets for our second day in Arlington for BTS. I think they could have been a little cheaper considering the concert was within 2 hours of me getting the confirmation but they were great seats and we had a blast. I was worried I was getting scammed but you came through !”

“It was raining and lightening at the concert location. Being an outdoor venue, we felt it was unsafe to sit outside during this concert. We tried to go, hoping the rain would stop for the concert. How can a person enjoy a concert in this weather with umbrellas and raincoats on? The concert should have been canceled or postponed. As we tried to get to our seats, the street was backed up and traffic stopped , so we never got to our parking spot in time for the concert. We decided it wasn’t worth it, so we went home. I wish there was a way to get a refund on our concert and parking pass tickets. We will NOT go to this concert venue again.”
