I don't even want to give one star - they deserve "0". I bought tickets to a concert for my wife on our anniversary (paid $721). I downloaded the tickets with QR code and stored in my Iphone wallet until it was time for concert. When i tried to pull the tickets up in my wallet on the iphone they were gone. They had transferred to expired passes and the QR code was gone. Upon finally reaching stubhub - all they did was apologize and offered my tickets with an obstructed view in exchange (what a joke!). I'm still working on the refund but it still doesn't change the fact that we missed out on an event we bought tickets to 6 months prior and then we didn't get to go. Now i have to deal with the mess of getting a refund!! When Stubhub indicated it was a verified purchase, i thought i was ok - how can they not lock up the QR code on the tickets so they aren't sold twice? I hope the seller is banned from selling on Stubhub and fraud charges are filed against the seller. I will never use Stubhub again and i will let as many people i know to beware of Stubhub.

Purchased a parking pass that I turned around and noted as a resell. Sold the parking pass, but never received the ticket. Therefore, I got billed twice by Stub HUb because I couldn't then produce tickets to whomever purchased them from me thru Stub HUb. Emailed them, called them, sent them proof of emails and conversations, and they refuse to refund even half of what they charged. I will never buy from them again!

This company is horrible! I bought parking through them. The garage was closed with 0 parking attendants. They won’t refund my parking. Said it’s not their problem

Never got tickets as promised due to seller issue,customer service promised replacement tickets,never happened.Check out the Better Business bureau ,BBB website Scamhub has an F rating.over 7000 complaints and the Government has actions open for market place misconduct. Stay away,this company is unethical .

Absolutely terrible experience, I purchased overpriced tickets ages ago and never received an actual ticket. I emailed multiple times with no luck getting thru to the company for over 8 months just to get an actual ticket. Showed up to the venue with my proof of purchase and was turned away. StubHub has refused to reimburse Tickets that I was turned away from the event. I drove over 4 hours each way and paid over $300 on tickets I could use. Don’t waste money with stub hub

NO!!! Especially if you are a seller, they claim you are protected but you are NOT! StubHub allows buyers to dispute tickets even AFTER the start of an event! So - buy tickets get into the venue and then dispute them and you will be refunded and the seller gets nothing! DO NOT SELL on StubHub, it is a SCAM! I contacted customer service now over 10 times for resolution and payment - ZERO response! I sent confirmation of my tickets "transfer" and confirmation from buyer that they received and used successfully and STILL SutbHub has not responded nor have I been paid.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB!!!!! I sold 2 tickets for a slipknot show in ridgefield WA. ALL I did was edit my price and stubhub apparently “re posted” the tickets without me knowing. 2 different people bought my 2 sets of tickets even though I only had 2 to begin with. I called stubhub and they basically said to bad. Stubhub then informed me that they are finding replacement tickets for the 2 other tickets I “sold” which I NEVER had. And I have to come up with the money. So now I am frantically trying to find tickets for cheaper then spending almost $800 which is what stubhub would charge me but cheapest I am finding is still almost 600. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT EVER use stub hub! They are THEIVES LIARS and a discusting company

StubHub is the absolute worst for ticket fees $700 for Detroit lions tickets and a $240 in fees absolutely ridiculous plus parking nothing is worth that much to see watching it on the TV is a hassle to I will never use this app ever

Bought parking ticket for Janet Jackson concert in OKC. When I got to the location there was no attendant and a sign saying the location was not an authorized event parking site and cars would be towed. I tried reporting it the next day but the Stubhub site kept failing. I then tried to dispute the charge in the hopes that Stubhub would contact me. When that failed I finally got ahold of customer service. Enmanuel told me he couldn’t help and refused to provide a supervisor to talk to. So obviously their 100% guarantee is bogus.

Stub hub charged me for tickets i never got the tickets they refused a refund and said they r non refundable never got them till 8 days after the event still no refund they requested that i withdraw the Dispute with my cc scam company low as can b do not use

The bad reviews are legit, this company is absolutely a SCAM. I paid for 2 tickets for reserved seats only to receive tickets of much lesser value and a distance away from my original purchased seats. When I called, they admitted the mistake but did very little to rectify the problem... I was told to transfer back the tickets and I would receive 25% off to re-purchase the tickets of my choice. First of all, that is not how you do business, you are suppose to make the person whole again especially when you are in the wrong. Second, do you think I am stupid? With the concert 5 days away and prices now significantly higher than before what exactly is 25% off going to do for me when the ticket prices have now doubled? Absolutely ridiculous, the old switch and bait routine...oh and did I mention they transfer tickets to a 3rd party company and not directly to you so of course I got the run around for a good hour before reaching someone with at least 1/2 a brain.

Hours before a concert I could not get through to customer service representatives to discuss technical issues with not being able to receive purchased ticket. Had to purchase another ticket because the concert was about to start. Customer service finally stated the following day “Since you couldn't access it at the event, there might have been a technical issue.” Received another response “we recommend contacting us before the event starts so we can escalate the case and find alternative tickets for you, since it was not reported in time, our guarantee does not apply in cases where tickets are reported not received after the event.” They were contacted hours before the concert and no one could get through. While everyone was enjoying themselves, I’m sitting there for hours trying to get my ticket to pull up. They can pull up the order number and see the ticket wasn’t used and that I had to purchase another ticket. The amount of time I spent trying to get solutions to their technical issues to be told they will not refund me is unacceptable. It’s a time sensitive situation where a concert is about to start and I am unable to get the ticket that I purchased and that is somehow my fault? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I purchased tickets and received email with a link advising to accept the tickets then follow the instructions to download or add to wallet, the tickets pop up for a brief moment with no instructions to download or add to my wallet. Once you go back in the link to try again it comes up saying they have already been accepted. Chat, hub stub community, nor customer service support have been any help for over a week now. I’m being told I accepted the tickets so there is nothing they are required to do further. These tickets are no where in my phone or wallet because again there were no instructions on how to download or add to wallet. $277.00 down the tube.

More than three hours spent in trying to access tickets. Never again. Called the Wintrust area who tried to help, but I went in a loop. I called Ticketmaster, again put in a loop. Finally a friend said she would help. Two hours later we had the ticket. Honestly, that is absurb.

Don’t trust this company, I tried their escalated complaint process and was guaranteed my issue would be resolved within an hour or I would get tickets of equal value. Crickets is what I got, now they say too bad too sad.

Stubhub talks about their guarantee system, but it doesn’t work all the time. I purchased parking for. Janet Jackson concert. When I got to the parking site there was no attendant a sign saying cars would be towed. The next day I tried contacting the Stubhub site but it kept failing. I ended up trying to dispute with my credit card. That failed, so I chatted with customer service, telling them about the encounter. They said they couldn’t help me. And Enmanual specifically said there was no one in leadership to talk about the guarantee policy. So beware! With all the other ticketing agencies available, you might consider other options.

Baught tickets to a Jelly Roll concert. Got thier tickets were double sold. Were not allowed in. Did get a full refund but thier were no tickets except nose bleeders. Going from the 5th row back from the stage to upper mezzanine back row ya not a trade. Waisted 2 hrs on driving, gas for the trip, and 80 bucks on parking, 2 hrs in line. But got my money back for the tickets. This was an anniversary present up in smoke.

This was the worst experience I have had of getting concert tickets! Don’t use Stubhub! Customer service could not help us. I was on the phone with them for an hour and they couldn’t resolve the problem. I requested a refund and as of now, I haven’t received it.

Paid $650 for 2 seats that were definitely not even worth half of that. The over the top service fees were shocking. I will never buy tickets through them again. I feel like we were scammed.
