“The last two evens my tickets was not in my account even this morning. Game start at 10am. I called on Friday because tickets still wasn't in my account and now this morning on the phone for 2hours leading up to event going over the same steps from Friday where I spent and hour and 1/2 and tickets are not there. I will never buy again something definitely wrong with the process with this company. Who want to spend 2hrs on the phone leading up to even to try to get tickets. Customer don't know where there doing ?”

“Saw a ticket for a concert with a particular section and row and purchased it. When the ticket was transferred it was the same section but they changed the row on me. They do bait and switch here so stay away if you are trying to get a seat next to someone. When you call and ask what happened to the ticket they advertised, they get all offended and claim that since it’s an “upgrade” you should be happy and there is nothing they can do. Will never use them again. Now I am sitting far away from my friend (so basically going alone to the concert) because of their fake advertisement.”

“BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I will never purchase from this company again! I bought tickets months ago to see Mike Tyson fight in July. The fight was postnponed to November 15. I paid $651 for two tickets and the tickets are now $50/piece. I’m unable to resell the tickets and I’m unable to get a refund for the mishap. I called customer service to complain and was told by “Martin” I wasn’t able to speak to a supervisor with my complaints. I was then told that the event could keep getting postponed as many times as they choose and I still will never get a refund . I am disgusted with their customer service and I’ll never purchase again.”
“I purchased a Ticket through Stub Hub to go to Usher on a Friday which was out of town. For me it required time off from work and hotel reservations . Stubb Hub Cancelled the show a Rescheduled it on a Monday which I didn’t agree. They wouldn’t give me my refund and the customer service person was very unhelpful.i will never use them again. I still don’t have my refund”

Stub Hub said they would release the tickets the day of the show. Instead we were notified 30 minutes before that our tickets were not available.

“I bought 3 great seats September 11 for the Atalanta v Celtic champions league game in Bergamo Italy . They were on the first row @ the half way line so all day Wednesday I was contacting them asking were are my tickets all they did was lie to me so finally 30 minutes before kickoff they emailed me saying they didn’t have the tickets. Now understand something I live in Puerto Rico so I flew to NY JFK then to Milan I was furious so they offered me ticks behind the Goal those tickets are half the price I paid for mine but I had to take them because I had come all that way to see the game . They then told me there would be no extra charge for the replacement tickets that cost half of the original tickets. When I tried contacting customer service they basically blew me off they are the scum of the earth.”
“This company is a poor excuse for a company. I purchased tickets for Ali Sadiq for 9/27/2024 but wasn't able to go so I sold them on the site on 9/23/24. I still have not received my money. They keep saying that I need to input a default payment method. I have done this 4 times with a representative walking me through the process and verifying that they received it on their end. But I keep getting messages saying they can't deposit the money because I need to input account information. So I did it tonight, again with a rep and he says that I should receive my money in 13 days. What the actual f. I will NEVER use this company again.”

“I purchased tickets for Buju Banton in Houston Texas on Sept 12,2024. I do not live in Texas but was going to be there for work. The show ended up being postponed 3 weeks prior to the show. It is now almost November and the show is still showing as postponed because they do not want to refund anyone for these tickets. The tickets were $480 which is a sufficient amount of money. I have requested a refund several times but they are refusing saying the show is postponed. This is ridiculous. They say I can resell my tickets on the site. No one is buying tickets for a concert that is postponed with no future day provided. Stubhub is a scam. Please do not purchase from them b”
“Do not use StubHub. Total scam of a company and just notice the AG is suing them so that’s that. In process of ordering tickets. Cancelled my order and ordered them a different way. Got confirmation of order. A day later ai get a cancellation email. I called and was told tickets not cancelled. I waited a few more days and checked again and again told not cancelled. The day of the show-my birthday I called and was told indeed cancelled due to non payment. I provided proof of payment and was offered no assistance. After the show I was told that the tickets I had were indeed good and that the cancelled tickets were from order I cancelled. I used the same email address. Only the cancelled tickets were showing up. There was no research done on StubHub side. I had no idea these were the tickets I cancelled. StubHub did nothing to try and see why I had cancelled tickets. I missed the show. None there speaks good English. That’s cool to hire from other countries. They have to be able to communicate and research. I asked for someone in the states and the rep got mad. That’s my right.”
“I purchased Matt Rife tickets for Chicago on May 30th. Arrived at the venue and find out he canceled. Rescheduled for December 26th. So I'm trying to sell the tickets. Find someone to buy them, but Ticketmaster has up to 48 hours before the show to send out the new tickets. How am I going to sell tickets 48 hours before the show. My wife and don't want to go to Chicago on the day after Christmas. Stub Hub is horrible and Matt Rife is over priced.”
“This company is a scam. We purchased tickets (as a birthday gift) in July 2024 for a concert on 10/23/24. Emails said the tickets would be sent. The day of the event, multiple emails were sent to Stubhub saying we had not received them. When we called, customer service said tickets "were no longer available" and that the only option was a refund. An hour before the concert- which was sold out! What this company does is pre-sell you "tickets" that don't actually exist. And if the event is popular and tickets sell out, they have nothing to actually give to you. SCAM!”
