“Unlike Vivid Seats (VS) who are quick to take your money and lack any real customer service when a refund is required, StubHub's service is quick and efficient so I will be purchasing my tickets from StubHub moving forward and deleting the dreaded VS app on my phone.”
“The price of tickets to the Bocelli concert were grossly inflated as was the parking pass. The tickets presented did not align with the tickets purchased. I do not recommend this means of ticketing to anyone and I will not use this service again.”
“Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Issue
I had a terrible experience with StubHub and would not recommend using their service. I purchased two tickets for an event, but only one ticket was available for download. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times before and during the event, they failed to resolve the issue in time. My husband was left standing at the entrance with our child, unable to enter.
To make matters worse, StubHub ignored my complaint until after the event had ended and then refused to issue a proper refund. They falsely claimed that I successfully received both tickets, which was simply not true. After multiple attempts to resolve the matter, they only offered a voucher 127$ ( I spent 509$ ) , instead of refunding my money for the ticket I never received.
This was a frustrating and stressful experience caused entirely by StubHub’s system and lack of proper support. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company handling event tickets. Never again”
“Reprehensible business practices. Tried selling tickets here, sold with a competitor, canceled the sale with StubHub and they tried to go after me for the full price of the tickets.
Called and spoke with a reprehensible representative who was unwilling to help and unpleasant.
Do not do business with these people.”
“I purchased tickets months before the musical and got an email the seller could no longer deliver on the tickets I had purchased. Stubhub made the process so easy for me. They communicated what happened and provided me even better tickets without any extra charges. We had a great time and I’ve been telling the story of exceptional customer service (hard to come by these days!).”

I had a horrible experience with StubHub. They sent me the wrong Sebastian Maniscalco tickets for the wrong night and refused to refund me, even though the mistake was on their end. Their resale system is completely flawed, making it impossible to sell the tickets.
After spending hours trying to reach a live agent and explaining their error, they still refused to make it right. Now, I can’t attend the show tonight or get my money back. Their customer service is awful—no wonder they have an F rating with the BBB and multiple unresolved government actions against them.
Buyer beware! I’ll never use StubHub again.”
“I purchased tickets to an SF Giants game late on 3/27/25. The next morning, I received a request from StubHub to review and rate my purchase, but for a different opponent for the Giants, a game for which I did not make a purchase. Then I called StubHub customer service -- TWICE -- to flag the problem and make sure that I was not being charged for the phantom, erroneous purchase. The second rep left me on hold for 10 minutes and came back with no clear information. And now I have received the same notice asking me to rate a purchase that I did not make.
I've generally had good results with StubHub, but this experience was sloppy and time-consuming, with no clear assurance of resolution.”
