“I purchased tickets to Wicked the musical, months ahead of time. I received an email with my tickets, so I attempted to download the tickets and received an error sign. I called Stub hub and after 4 phone calls, I was told the tickets were emailed to a similar email as mine with a few added digits!!! What a scam!!! So now I await my reinstatement. 😞”

“I had an emergency come up and I needed to refund my tickets. My emergency was a family member became very sick and I needed to travel from California to New York to be with this family member so I wasn't sure I would be here for the May tickets I had purchased. I spoke to customer service and explained the situation and they were not understanding at all. They said the only way for me to get my money back would be to sell them on Stubhub. What they DONT tell you is that once you sell them you don't get paid till 5 to 8 business days after the event which for me would be middle of May 2025. Thats unacceptable!”

“I got great seats and the advertised price was good as well. However the fees that are added at checkout (you can’t see them until you are checking out) are very high compared to other ticking apps. That said, the process of buying the tickets adding them to my phones wallet and having them show up in the MLB Ballpark app was very simple.”
