Absolute disgrace of a company. Was on holiday for the new year in New York and had to sell some theater tickets we bought because we were unable to go due to being sick. First time using this service and tried to input my information many of times and it kept kicking me out of the site. I tried around 8 times and the same issue, kept kicking me out so I left it and went on with my day as there was nothing say tickets were processed. Hours later we get a call a phone call asking to send the tickets and when I explained what happened they said so you can’t send the tickets and I said no. 10 minutes later they take money from my account for the tickets. When I got back to the hotel I checked my emails and there were 2 emails saying they sold the tickets. I was fuming with this as it was never submitted the 8 times I tried cause of their site messing around. I raised a complaint and they said they would look into it and get back to me. This was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I have tried to ring them on many occasions and every time I try to contact them, when they say to press a number it just repeats to the same information and I press the number it repeats again and again to say press a number. So I started to look into it there was issues and wow there are so many. I have had to send a message on X and high I got a response but they are saying it’s my fault. Honestly an absolute joke of a company, a proper scam and robbing people for their money. They have stolen money from my account due to their system not working properly. Would love to take this further because this is completely out of order. I still haven’t received an email about my issue only speaking to some clown on a DM on X. Stay away from these absloute robbing scammers

I live in the US and on 12/6/24, I purchased 2 tickets for a concert in Amsterdam on 1/27/25. I was supposed to receive the tickets on 1/18/25, which I thought was odd due to how quickly I get tickets from other services. On emails that they sent, there was a "track your order" button that when I clicked it, it literally did nothing. I did not receive the tickets on 1/18/25 so I called them on 1/20/25 and they told me that I would receive the tickets soon. Each day I emailed them and nothing happened. I called them again on 1/23/25 because I was flying out the next day and they "looked into it" and said they would call me back and they never did. I called them again on 1/24/25, the day I was flying out, and was put on hold several times and they told me that they would email me a link for new tickets in the next few days, which could include the day of the concert. So basically, I purchased tickets for a concert and scheduled a trip overseas predicated on going to the concert and I am now going on the trip without the tickets. They kept saying that they are only the middle man and that the tickets are sold by someone else(?). This is completely ridiculous. Never buy tickets from these clowns.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased a ticket from them over 5 weeks ago that has not been fulfilled. They're telling me I must wait until the day of my event to receive my ticket and if it's still unfulfilled then they will offer me replacement options. How ridiculous to make a customer wait a day before an event they're traveling hours to attend to see if they're even still able to go. As someone who buys a fair amount of event tickets, I will never buy from them again. SeatGeek or Ticketmaster will be our go to. What pathetic customer service.

Stub Hub duplicated my listing to sell tickets. They are trying to blame me when it is 100% their fault charge me for the ten they duplicated and refuse to pay me for the ten I sold!! I’m going inactive a social media rampage and alerting their entire executive team! Fraud

BE AWARE when purchasing tickets for an event through STUBHUB.. If the event gets postponed, STUBHUB will not refund your money.. You will have to sell your tickets yourself in order to get your money back.. What a freaking joke!!!..I highly don't recommend or will ever use STUBHUB again!!!..I wish that I could give them a -0 star review.

Stubhub is trash! Never received my tickets for an event, and they sent a “link” for a refund/ or new tickets. I tried link and it never worked and then the next day they sent new tickets after the event was over and I had already bought tickets from another vendor. They now will not give me a refund because I supposedly clicked a link to get new tickets. Never use them.

Horrible Experience with StubHub – Deceptive Listings & Terrible Customer Service I had a truly awful experience with StubHub that I feel compelled to share. I initially purchased 9 tickets, and realized after the purchase that they were obstructed, which was my fault, because they were listed as "partial obstruction". When I reached out for a refund, StubHub refused to give me a refund. Determined to get a better experience, I purchased another set of 9 tickets. This time, I called StubHub sales prior to purchasing to confirm that these tickets were indeed "clear view," which they verified. However, on the night of the event, we arrived at the venue only to find that all 9 seats were obstructed once again—despite being advertised as clear view on the StubHub's website. I immediately called StubHub during the concert and explained the situation. Their response? They offered me a 25% voucher for my next purchase and claimed that since the tickets had already been scanned, there was nothing more they could do. I was also told that StubHub withholds payment from sellers for 5 days if their tickets are misrepresented. My case was escalated to their payment department, and after two months of waiting, I still have received no resolution or follow-up call. I’m deeply frustrated by StubHub’s lack of accountability, misleading ticket listings, and total disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious when using StubHub. They may seem like a convenient option, but their customer service and problem resolution process are abysmal. I will not be using this service again.

Stubhub is a joke. Please do not order tickets from them. We are unable to attend a college women's basketball game after it was reschedule due to the weather. We cannot get our money back and due to the new timing if the rescheduled game, it will likely be impossible to sell. DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB.

We had purchased tickets from Stub Hub for Garrison Keillor for tonight. We got an email this morning from Stub Hub asking us if we would accept lesser seats and an $80 refund. They advised the seller, Arlington Music Hall had already sold our seats to someone else. We got a refund as the other seats were way back. Make sure you get an actual seat number and don't use Stub Hub.

Beyond the fact that their fees are outrageous and not disclosed until the last possible moment, their dispute resolution system is designed to prevent customers from obtaining relief. I had a parking pass for the National Championship game. The lot was to open at 10AM. It was not. About 2:15 PM. I gave up and parked at another lot right beside it ($20 cheaper.) I tried to dispute the charge and their representative got the information, put me on hold, came back with nothing. I asked for her supervisor. The phone went silent for minutes, then music kicked back on then it hung up. I tried on-line. Mind you I spent over $9,000.00 for the event tickets and was only disputing an $82.03 parking pass charge. Stub Hub demanded proof. I have it. but I'll go through my credit card instead. If you want tickets use Ticketmaster or maybe Seat Geeks.

Horrible experience! Bought a ticket 3 days before event. Had a confirmation number and was told the mobile transfer would happen 3 hours before event. Our son traveled 12 hours to event. We never got the ticket. Customer service horrible!! Said they’d guarantee a new ticket if this happens. Didn’t get one. Spent a lot of money to get our son in to the event. Very upsetting, very disheartening. Will never use stubhub again.

Linked parking venue with event. Thinking it was close. After purchase realized it was 7 blocks away, when other parking much closer. Walking 7 blocks in negative degree weather is not good. Do your research on the add ons before you purchase. I complained and they said sorry nothing they can do.

Bought tickets for kill Tony had front row right when they came out and payed for them. Turns out those weren’t the tickets and half the row had to move out because they used this site and bought different seats in that row and apparently they were for the back of the paramount theater. Do not recommend using this site to anywhere else if you don’t want to get scammed

I couldn't use the parking ticket I purchased for $29 and had to pay an additional $25 for parking for the Maxwell concert. DONT USE STUBHUB its a ripoff!
