“I didn’t give 5 stars because of the service fee $30 per ticket seems excessive. Other than that, the process was simple & my tickets arrived plenty of time prior to the event.”
“Parking pass father from the venue than noted on the Subhub sight. It was a bitterly cold night and needed to pay to park in another location. Contacted Stubhub and was told all sales are final and they do not guarantee pass descriptions on their site are accurate. Buyer beware policy I guess.”
“Was a First Timer seeing Willie Nelson live. It was great, our tickets were upgraded at the gate, received VIP wristbands, free drink vouchers & free Mellow Mushroom pizza during concert. Willie must have played 20 classics. Truly a national treasure! Great experience, music is the magic!”
