Last nite, Feb 19 my information was breached on their site and a thief bought thousands of dollars worth of sporting tickets on stub hub. I AM TOLD I NOW HAVE TO WAIT 5 DAYS FOR RESOLUTION. “The worst experience EVER!!! Tickets to Justin Timberlake and we had a HUGE cable system right in the middle of our view. I could only see singer if he was to left or right of center stage.
But since the venue didn’t list an “instructed view”, there is “nothing they can do”. I provided an image to prove the horrible view but it didn’t matter.
The fact is that the venue probably didn’t know where the cables were going to be for the stage so may explain why they didn’t disclose. But it was bad. I couldn’t move to either side as people were there.
$360 and I couldn’t see the singer!! This is one of those times when the right thing to do is be reasonable. The venue didn’t disclose, ok! But my experience was awful and it was worse trying to get resolution.”
