“I praise StubHub and the people at StubHub. They really help me out. I had bought a ticket on the stuff of website that turned out to not work. The people at the venue tried everything to see if they can make it work, but they said it wasn’t a good ticket. I contacted StubHub. They looked into the situation and once they saw That the ticket was not working. They immediately gave me another one and an upgrade. I was happy to know that they had my back, and I was happy to know that they were there to help me at that last minute. Thank you very much. You guys were amazing, and thank you for the upgrade. “Hi I purchased tickets for baseball game this weekend in Tampa. My husband suffered an amputation (below the knee) so it will be a bit difficult to be in regular seats witb his prosthetic that he just got. Trying to walk and deal with the process. StbbHub WILL NOT make any changes to it what so ever. No empathy, no consideration to his situation, I guess he needed to be dead so they could do something. Its discriminating against disabled ppl. I paid a lot of money for these tickets (Feb 21-22 Yankees Spring Training games). I wanted him to enjoyed it more, be more comfortable throughout the event. You are terrible company. I never received my tickets and didn’t have time to call because my boyfriend had made other plans to make up for it. “Sold me tickets to event event with age restrictions and never advertised it. I submitted proof from the actual venue and they fought with me and gave me the run around for a month. Then told me the tickets were released while they investigated. Telling this is my fault and now I’m out $140 for an event I cannot bring a child too. I even have in writing they see the age restrictions. Do not use this company you are not protected with their fan protection you will be screwed! First and last time using this company!”
