calling and emailing many times for money back and just got jerked around.. sent a certified letter to the CEO at headquarters a month ago they accepted and no response! BEWARE!!”
“I purchased specific tickets and specific parking pass to the world cup. They day before the game I got an email that my tickets were available and that I been upgraded at no cost. Sounds great right? Wrong. My seats at SoFi were one full level above the seats I had purchased, and I was not refunded anything despite the fact that were tickets available in this new section at 20% LESS than what I had been paid...these were $1500 tickets. My attempts to just cancel the entire transaction were met with endless customer service calls and an email that my cancellation would be "resolved" in the next 72 hours, meaning after the actual game, and likely not in my favor given the fine print. Fine, I went but as a secondary problem the day of the event I got an email that my parking had also been "upgraded" at no charge...except it was from the parking light right against the stadium to a half-empty one about a 15 minute walk further away. Again, no refund, no ability to cancel. Total rip off and will never, ever use this service again.”

“The parking pass is purchased for $146 total for the Lowder Lot for the Argentina versus Iceland soccer match at Auburn ended up being a HUGE waste of money. By the time my family and I got their there were no parking attendants at the lot and it was full to overflowing with cars.”
“I bought the ticket for Emmylou Harris the same day of the concert at College of Charleston SC. Because I had a lot of work to get out the door, I did not go on my computer before leaving for the concert expecting that I could go from the receipt to my tickets. I does not work. If the concert management had not gifted me a general admission ticket to replace my reserve seating, I would have been at the concert and unable to attend 2 hours from my house. Ugh!”
“I actually really like StubHub for purchasing tickets to events but this is the second time I purchased a parking pass that I couldn't use. I paid $89 for this pass and there wasn't even an address for the lot, nor anything in the area that would take the pass. I ended up paying for parking on site.”
