“Stubhub is an easy way to find tickets to events, including those for resale. The site is easy to navigate, the info provided about the seats is very helpful (including seat views), and payment/ticket delivery is simple. The biggest drawback are the fees to use Stubhub. They are a very expensive cost added onto your ticket transaction. Be aware.”
“Honestly, I would give this company no stars. I purchased tickets for a college basketball game that originally had a location that was "TBD". I received an email about parking passes for the event so I purchased the parking pass for $20. After confirming the game location, I noticed the parking pass was for a city 45 minutes away at the other arena location. I contacted customer support and person named "Christine" was "Investigating" my case. She then told me she couldn't do anything because their record showed that that was the location of the event. Which is INCORRECT. ESPN reports the event is taking place at another location, which I tried to communicate multiple times. Being that the cost was only $20 I requested my money back. She said she could not give me my money back and would not provide any other solutions. Conversation was over. I will try to never use stub hub again for event tickets if I can avoid them. Terrible customer service and I hope my $20 helps keep them a float, they suck.”
“Bought 2 tickets to what I believed to be the who’s line is it anyway show. I soon found out that it was a different and vulgar show unsuitable for my 13yr old daughter. I immediately tried to contact customer service approx 5 minutes after purchase. I was only able to get through via chat and after 2 hours a 2 hour discussion there was no resolution. Very disappointing. Do not use this service!!”
“I bought tickets to event that was cancelled
I had to call my bank to get my refund.
God knows when if stubhub would’ve refunded me
Their behavior was unprofessional incompetence bordering on belligerence”
“I am extremely disappointed with my experience on StubHub. I’m a first-time user, and I accidentally sold tickets to the wrong show on the same day at the same venue. The tickets were $500, and on top of that, StubHub charged me an additional $500 to reimburse the buyer, leaving me out a total of $1000.
To make matters worse, I’m a federal worker who is in the process of losing my job, so this couldn’t have come at a worse time. I opened a claim with StubHub, and after over a month and a half of waiting, they denied my claim without even offering the chance to speak to someone or provide any explanation.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it’s hard to understand why such a large company would treat its customers this way, especially when they’re already going through tough times. I hope others take this experience into account before using this platform.

“Paid for two tickets to an event at the Grand Ol Opry. When I arrived at the venue I was told that no tickets were available under my name. I had driven more than 200 miles to see this show and was turned away. StubHub refused to refund my purchase price and said it was my fault because I did not contact them at the time I had the problem.”
“There is a fraudulent ticket purchase in my account which I am being charged for. I appealed it with my credit card company and StubHub provided “documentation” that it was a legitimate charge. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail. In my account it even shows the tickets being transferred to a fake email address (the scammer tested it first with a couple hundred dollar purchase before making a several thousand dollar purchase. Fortunately that one was properly denied but I am still out $200 for a purchase I did not make and tickets I do not have and they won’t help”
“Tickets were order with ease and delivered early, had one hiccup with the tickets but customer service was great and we had it resolved within 15 min”
