“The process was easy, but when I arrived at the lot there were lots of spots available for $50 at the gate. I paid just shy of $100 through stubhub. Had I known there would be lots of available parking with pay at the gate available, I would have just paid there. Poor value!!”

“My girlfriend and I had a great time. That said, the tickets were nowhere near the stage but still rated either a 9.6 or 9.8. I would have opted for better seats had I known they were so far away. “The tickets could not be scanned at the gate. We had to visit a special ticket agent to receive the tickets via a link, which allowed us to download them and then scan them at the gate. Luckily we were early and the line wasn't long. Never had this happen before. Not a good experience.”
“Look, I hate all the fees as much as anyone. Yes, I've been burned trying to sell with all the fees. BUT August 25th I purchased tickets to see Rosalia in CDMX. No tickets show up on day of show Aug 26th. I'm US and I'm in CDMX, I get Spanish voicemails and then emails asking me to download an app to get the tix. Do so, respond, no tickets in a few hours. Getting panicked. Here's where Stubhub came thru, more than ONE HOUR on WatsApp and chat and on phone and they sorted everything out and we ended up even getting upgraded. The agent didn't let up till it was all resolved and then I got a follow up a couple of hours before showtime asking if everything was all OK. So . . . I'm gonna say that was worth all the annoying fees I've paid in the past and I hope everyone gets the level of support I got when you need it.”
