“Beware! Purchased and paid for tickets for a show 5 months in advance. They told me 2 hours before the show that they canโt deliver my tickets. How in the world is this okay? Who pays for all the planning that went into getting ready for the show? Accommodations, car service, time off work, etc. stubhub concept is complete trash and Iโm surprised they still exist. Will never use again and make sure to tell people never to use them. Customer service was useless, and did nothing but put me on hold and waste my time, all within two hours of the show.”
