“Customer service rep "Ice" listened to my issues and tried to get a solution to my problem. He followed up to ensure everything went well.
However, while he was well meaning, he did not have the correct information to solve my problem. The problem was that my tickets disappeared from the FIFA app. The solution was to ask the reseller to retransfer the tickets. "Ice" told me that the tickets would show up the morning of the match which they did not. He told me that I could get through the 1st check point by showing the FIFA app completed transaction tab which displayed the ticket number and seat. I was not allowed pass the check point.
The solution was to ask the reseller to retransfer the tickets. Fortunately, I connected with the reseller and he retransferred the tickets and I was able to attend the match.
As I told "Ice" when he called to check if everything went well, If anyone else has the same issue with their tickets, Stub Hub must contact the reseller and asked them to retransfer the tickets and follow up with buyer to ensure all is good.”
