“I ordered a parking pass through Stubhub for a STL Cardinals game this past Monday. It was less than two hours before game time and the seller had not sent the pass. I contacted Stubhub and the lady I spoke with helped me get a different pass (which was an upgrade from what I had purchased). She was very nice and helpful. Her customer service was top notch.”

“The process was made fairly easy. The ticketing price appeared different in my email rather than the confirmation in the website (accounting for USD to CAD conversion) which I found a bit odd. Also, I was signed out after I made my purchase and was unable to confirm if I was charged through your system so had to rely on my bank account. Otherwise the process was great.”
