My only complaint is that they ran out of floor wrist bands and I missed a considerable chunk of performance time while the staff “hunted down” additional bands. Security gave no grace when we showed our tickets that we did have floor seats and they were even aware of the lack of wristbands. Expensive tickets and to not see an entire show due to event planners lack of planning was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Also, the lack of trying to accommodate the ticket holders by allowing us to show our tickets and have them scanned with an id to prove it was indeed my ticket, was a bit over the top ridiculous.”
