“Truthfully, it was a little touch and go, since the seller reneged on the tickets and StubHub couldn't find replacement tickets to the sold-out show. Nothing showed up till about an hour and a half before the play, when I was clicking to get the refund and new tickets appeared--better than the originals--an hour and a half before the play began. Luckily I live near the theater, so it all worked out beautifully.”
“Stubhub made me happy by providing a great Broadway show ticket, last minute, at a great price. Not 5 stars because, although I downloaded the App and saw my ticket on MyTickets, when I got to the theater the App showed NO TICKET. Thankfully, I had printed out my payment receipt and order # and brought it to the Box Office. They were able to help me and printed out a ticket for entry. I am not tech savvy and am repeatedly uncomfortable with digital tix. Unfortunately, Stubhub did not come through for me in that way, but I was able to take care of it.”
“It was freezing cold in Tampa Sunday night and our parking passes were as close to the entrance to Raymond James Stadium as I possibly could’ve gotten. “We saw a great show, Just in Time. I paid for 2 unobstructed seats, both seats were obstructed, we could not see the entire stage, particularly the side where the drummer played, I never saw him. We also could not see Jonathan Groff when he sang Splish Splash. Our view was completely blocked. I would not have purchased the tickets had I been aware of this. I was misled and overcharged. I did not receive what I paid for.”
