“Stub Hub is the worst online company to sell tickets. They not only lowballed me for my tickets, but they also charged me an additional $320 so I could buy ransom people tickets. They would not respond to my never ending plea's for a refund they pretty much said - I should have known. If “I had known” I would never used it site. What a rip off!”
“I sold tickets on StubHub in October 2025, which the buyer used for a concert the night that they bought the tickets. StubHub has refused to pay me for the ticket sale and after providing appropriate documentation to them that the buyer received the tickets, StubHub has become non-responsive. I don’t know if they are having financial problems that would lead them to slow walk paying Sellers for their tickets, but I urge buyers and sellers to be aware of this site.”

“Excellent tickets for the game, easy delivery and access. I also bought a parking pass. I paid $46 for the parking pass - when I got to the venue there was a big sign at the same lot that said “game day parking $16.50”. Disappointing to see I paid triple that. But the tickets for the game were excellent.”
