“Paid over $35 for a parking pass, received pass via email link almost a week and a half later and pass was located 1.8 miles from the venue at a hotel. My wife has a bum right knee and it’s over 105* in Phoenix so I wasn’t going to make her walk that far in the heat. The only recourse, according to CS rep, was to resell ticket and figure out something else as the distance was within StubHub guidelines; this was on Thursday, the concert was Friday. I paid a premium price and expected a premium parking spot at the venue itself. I ended up going to the venue and was able to park there for $10. Don’t ever buy a parking pass through StubHub. I’ll never do business with them if I can help it, they screwed me over.”
