“Needed a parking pass for an event in Cincinnati for the Chicago/Styx concert. The pass was to arrive on Monday; the concert was on Thursday. We received an email saying the pass was no longer available and that we could choose to have another pass sent or get a refund. We chose to take a chance on another pass. That pass was received on Wednesday, in time for the event. On Friday, the original pass also showed.”
