“I bought tickets in January for an event in March. On the day of the event, the tickets had not been “released by the organizer.” This caused lots of anxiety throughout the day as StubHub did not provide replacement tickets and I was unsure if my kids and I should get ready, drive to the event, and pay for parking. I called StubHub roughly 2 hours before the event and was told someone would call me back in 5 mins to rectify the situation but nobody ever called. I called back and was hung up on. The third time I called, StubHub said I had to wait until after the event started to see if replacement tickets were coming or if I could get a refund. I called 2 more times before I was issued a refund. The event was sold out but the venue released some last minute tickets I was ably to purchase so my family and I could attend the show. I am supposed to receive my refund in up to 10 days. Overall, wouldn’t use again or recommend”
“I simply purchased tickets a month in advance for a comedy show and put the tickets in my ewallet and thought all was good. Two days before the show I double check I’m prepared with tickets and parking pass to realize my tickets now say “invalid” and had no barcode any longer. I spent over a day and half on the phone and computer between StubHub, Ticketmaster, and the event center box office customer service. The seller on StubHub had revoked my tickets without any notice or reason. I tried to reclaim my tickets countless times in that 1.5 days but he would not release them. I was told if we take my receipt, ID, and proof I should be able to get it worked out at the box office. That was a lie. Their hands were tied because StubHub allowed this to happen and according to staff at the event center it’s very common. They stated they see it all the time. StubHub is not a secure place to buy tickets. They are NOT guaranteed. The process to get refunded was the same process I had done earlier in the day, sending them proof of purchase and screenshots of tickets stating “invalid” . Now I’m just praying I receive my refund within the next 10 days. Do not trust StubHub!”
“I purchased two tickets to a match in Lisbon. Due to a date change, I had to cancel. Stubhub did not give me a refund but instead let me resell the tickets which I did for the same price I paid. I then ordered a new set of tickets to a match in Madrid. The tickets were delivered without issue. Throughout this ordeal, Stubhub phone support was amazing: no wait times and very helpful staff. I would definitely use them again. The prices may be high but at least they deliver as promised.”
“This is the worst group ever. First our friends purchased expensive tickets which they never received and had to drive back home. Then we get scammed with seats that are not seats just standing on the wall. Customer service never helped anyone don’t ever use these guys. Friends were on the phone all day long no help at all.”
“I purchased 5 tickets in Sec 205 and it stated they transferred to Ticketmaster. I looked and I was sent 1 ticket in Sec 202. I emailed and called. I spoke to 3 different people. Their biggest concern was the 1 wrong ticket I received instead of the 5 tickets I didn't receive. Event is in less than 24 hours, I had to transfer the 1 ticket so hopefully my 5 tickets will get transferred before the event.”
“The worst ticketing experience I have had! First, after five lengthy phone calls, they still could not find my tickets. Once I finally recieved the tickets from a different entity, it did not match the row Stub Hubs Support Center told me I was in! Total stress due to the chaos they presented. Four days of extreme anxiety. Had to alter my travel because tickets arrived at last minute. WAY OVERCHARGE FOR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! BE AWARE OF THIER HIDDEN FEES! I dont ever recommend anyone to use this service. Horrible!!!”
“Do not use stubhub their prices are higher and the customer service is terrible. I bought a parking pass and when I got to the event the lot was full and stubhub refused to take responsibility or give me a refund. STAY AWAY!!!”

“I got good tickets for a good price. What I didn’t like is that I was unable to move my tickets to my Apple Wallet. The ticket would show up but it didn’t have the bar code. So the tickets were useless. To have useful tickets I had to use the tickets via my Stubhub app.”
