“I would not recommend StubHub to anyone.
I sold AC/DC tickets through the platform. The tickets were valid, delivered, and used. I personally saw the couple using them at the venue, and they confirmed they had purchased them through StubHub.
StubHub still did not pay me my seller proceeds.
Instead of clearly explaining why, the company has repeatedly avoided answering basic questions about the buyer’s payment, the reason for withholding my money, and what contractual violation I supposedly committed.
I opened a chargeback only after StubHub failed to pay me, to protect myself. StubHub is now using that chargeback as a reason not to resolve the original nonpayment.
In my experience, this raises serious concerns about fairness, transparency, and how honestly sellers are treated.
I would not use StubHub again, and I would strongly caution others before trusting the company with their tickets or money.”
“Tickets arrive promptly after I bought them. They were easy to put into my Apple wallet. I got a reminder of the day of the concert that my tickets were available and ready. I also got an email checking to make sure everything was going all right. It was a great experience.”

“Previously when I used SubHub I accepted the tix and they showed up under My Tickets on my TicketMaster App. This time I accepted and they showed up tickets with bar codes were in my email and did not transfer to the Ticketmaster app which was confusing so I went to the ticket booth before the show to make sure those bar codes were going to get us in and yes they were fine. Next time I will know there are at least a couple or more different ways to recurve the tickets.”
