“I had purchased FiFA World Cup ticket when they group stage game, who is going to play which country was not set. I got it for $2500. When draw came out, it was not for my liking so i immediately posted for re-sell. Since then my account is locked. I called customer care 2-3 times, they said they have NO IDEA why the account is locked and had NO ETA when the account can be unlocked. This is pathetic service, at least they should inform us the reason why account is locked and tentative timeline when issue can be resolved. Now the ticket price for those games have substantially gone down and my money is stuck.”
