“It was seamless to get my ticket and then get into the actual venue. I know I paid more than what I should have, however I felt good knowing it was for one of my favorite artists and that I wasn’t going to get scammed.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give Zero stars, I would. I was scammed and sold tickets that did not exist. I repeatedly complained to StubHub who's best offer was a £20 voucher to be used within 12 months - as if I would ever buy from them again! The customer guarantee is rubbish, there is no guarantee, so do not be fooled by a false sense of security - you will not get any. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”
“Very disappointed with StubHub’s parking service.
The parking they sold me was advertised as being close to the Kaseya Center, but it was actually very far away. This was completely misleading and unacceptable. I tried speaking with a supervisor to either get a refund or be reassigned to a closer parking location, but it was completely useless. No one helped resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, I was told multiple times that I would receive an email with a solution or follow-up regarding my complaint, and I never received anything. I also never received the refund for the parking cost I paid.
This experience was frustrating, misleading, and extremely unprofessional. I expected much better customer service from a company like StubHub.”
