“Nightmare! Their website makes it sound easy to sell tickets purchased on their site. It’s impossible to sell tickets bought from StubHub because they don’t transfer the tickets to you until 3 hrs before the event and they won’t activate your listing until you have the tickets. They should have a class action suit for misrepresenting the process.”
“My tickets did not arrive. I spoke with them 3 times and they guaranteed me i would have tickets. They told me do not worry you will have tickets when you arrive at 7pm. I drove 2.5hrs and when I arrived they said sorry we have no tickets.”
“This company uses AXS to deliver their tickets. Once the tickets are delivered by AXS (whether you can actually get them or not) StubHub will not assist in any ticket issues you may have. AXS is not a company that is reachable nor are they concerned (via chat) with any helpful resolution. So

“I purchased 2 tickets for Renee Vaca weeks ago. They tickets still have not been transferred over and the show starts in 2 hrs. We have called 6 times, we are told they have until 1 hr before the show starts to transfer tickets. We live 1 hour and half away. Stub Hub will NOT contact the seller even though it through thier platform. The will give a full refund, MINUS the parking, they claim we got that. I see multiple lawsuits, how is this Co allowed to do business? In August I spent close to 2 grand to see the Eagles at the Sphere. NEVER again. I havent ruled out small claims ct.

“Stubhub never gave me my refund for a Redsox playoff game that never happened back in September of 2025… I’ve called, emailed, customer service multiple times…No conclusion. Over $700 gone”
“Ordered tickets. Received an email from stub hub to accept the tickets but never received the email from the seller. Went around with 7 people at stub hub for 2 weeks trying to get the email. I kept being told it was in review and tickets were guaranteed for the show or I’d have replacements. Called 3 hour ls before the show and was told the same thing. Drove 1.5 hours with an excited 14 year old to sit in the parking garage and wait for customer service to resend the email with my replacement tickets to be told they didn’t have replacement tickets. So my refund is “in review” but my daughter’s heart was broken. I drove 3 hours round trip and sat in a parking garage praying they would deliver on their promise for an hour to be disappointed.”
“Easy to purchase and received tickets pretty quickly. But when we got to the gate, our e-tickets were indicated as Invalid and the scanner made loud beeps which was very embarrassing. It took awhile but things got sorted out after a supervisor approved our tickets. A little traumatized by the experience but the purchasing process was easy to navigate.”
“Very smooth transaction and generally very happy with the seats. However, a visual obstruction blocking the view of home plate was not disclosed affecting the seats. The San Francisco Giants have placed camera monitoring equipment in this area to record pitch locations for MLB umpire appeals of balls and strikes. This equipment partially obstructed our view of home plate during the game. Something to keep in mind when purchasing Giants tickets behind home plate. Disclosing the actual view with equipment shown would have altered my seat location decision.”
