Today I purchased two Premier League tickets through StubHub, paid full price, and for the second time I was scammed. I received no tickets, and no one answered the support number provided.
The exact same thing happened to me last year — the tickets were sold twice, and I ended up with nothing despite traveling all the way from Sweden with my son to watch the match. This year, the same scenario repeated itself.
This is unacceptable. No company should operate in a way where ordinary consumers are left unprotected and repeatedly misled. My son and I spent time, money, and long travel for this experience, only to be ignored by StubHub.
Thankfully, Fulham Ticket Office stepped in to help, and I have now filed a complaint against StubHub.
This was the last time. No one else should have to go through this.”
“Bought tickets to see Gwen Stefani at Thunder Valley Casino for my wife. Bought Row A. Advertised as front row of the section. Price point compared to other tickets seemed to indicate that.
Arrived at concert and an additional row was in front. Brought it to Stubhub's attention the next morning and was told nothing they could (would) do as we needed to file a complaint when we.arrived at the venue.
Won't use Stubhub again. Will hope other's use better resalers like Ticketmaster.”
“Sold two tickets for CMNT vs Ecuador and even though they literally sent me emails saying “your sale is complete” and “your tickets have been uploaded”, they then scammed me and said I didn’t upload my tickets and now refuse to pay me and refuse to respond to my inquiries. They are also refusing to allow me to dispute. Absolute rude thieves.”
“Did not deliver tickets, then offered worse tickets as a replacement (despite the guarantee saying comparable or better tickets would be offered). Custpmer Service said if you don't like it you can get a refund and buy other tickets, which now on the day were 5x the price. Bluntly told that was their policy.”
