I wouldn't even give them 1 star. StubHub is a joke and I will never buy tickets from them again. Their customer service is horrible and none of them even knows what they are doing. Worst experience of my life

It was a terrible experience for me. I bought 2 concert tickets and had to sell the tickets because I was busy. I sold it to another customer and waited for my money for 3 months. But I didn't get it. They don't give me my money. They want proof that I sold the ticket, but I did not receive any e-mail. They took about $600 of my money. A very bad company. Don't use it. They suck.

I can't say enough about how bad my experience was with stubhub. With stubhub you are dealing with at least 3 parties to get the tickets. My Tickets were delivered 3 weeks before the game and I tried everyday for 3 weeks to receive them and I couldn't. I lost over $1000 because I couldn't get them out of a ticketmaster account. Stubhub's policy is that if the tickets have been delivered from the seller by email that they are not respondsible if you can get them from the inbox and they won't guarantee nothing. Yes, they will try to help you get them but they won't get them for you. I had such a bad experience and will be paying off these tickets i never received for a long time....NEVER AGAIN

Got tickets for Barcelona as a gift for my daughter, but they were cancelled as the queued to enter stadium 58 mins before kick off…. no customer service, no assistance just hard luck and a refund. If they were fans they’d understand the huge disappointment let alone cost of travelling from Dublin. Do Not Use….

Ordered tickets. $800. Headliner (Ray LaMontagne) cancelled 30 minutes before show to start, got an email the next day saying show still on (18 hrs after show supposedly ended)? I can’t get a refund. Not even a credit. Stay away from stub hub.

Awful, awful, awful! I paid for soccer game tickets. The person delivered the tickets to us at the stadium. When I went to go through the gate to scan my tickets, I was told I had to go to section 708, nosebleed! The issue is that I paid for a much closer section. My tickets were changed without my consent! I reached out to customer support while at the stadium and lost signal and was not able to continue to explain my grievance. Like many others on here complaining, the customer service rep took it upon themselves to give me a 25% credit, which I never agreed to because I lost signal. I spoke with the supervisor, Glomar, and he said because the other agent already gave me a credit there was nothing else could be done about it. Completed BS! Do not use this company. All that have experienced similar issues, I urge you to contact the Better Business Bureau to report them. This is a fraudulent business.

The day of the concert I began calling cause we had not yet received our concert tickets. I called 4 times and was assured I would have them by 5pm. 5pm came and went. They needed to leave to go to concert. No tickets. I called and spoke with Benjamin G and he said "I tried to contact the seller and was unable, but per our fan guarantee I can either give you comparable tickets or issue a refund". The tickets were a gift to my son and had been waiting months, so I said 100% I want the comparable tickets. Right after I said that, Benjamin stated "I'm sorry you already responded to the email accepting the refund and I already issued it. There's no turning back now". I hadn't even looked at my email to respond to one. I had no idea he sent an email. He completely lied about it. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and he said they were on the phone. I said I'd wait all night if I had to. I was irate. Then he said "oh, they left for the night. I called back, they left me on hold each time for 45 mins until u hung up and called back. After 3 hours I finally spoke with a manager who was apologetic but he fixed nothing, there were NO tickets. I found out from several people that the same thing happened to them and many never even got refunds. This scam needs to be shut down for good. Luckily my husband scrambles online and got tickets. This all happened 2 hours before show started. We actually found them cheaper with better seating, so at least something good came out of that disaster. I will not stop until this business is shut down. #cancelstubhub

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. StubHub and Viagogo are the same company and they are both terrible. I bought tickets for Taylor Swift in Miami. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for them, and the money was transferred and the tickets sent. I accepted them into my TicketMaster wallet, and I thought I was all set. That wasn't true. While I was in line to get into the parking lot at the stadium, I had to pull up my ticket to be able to even drive in, and the ticket was gone. I had to get out of that very long line and call them. It took oven an hour for them to tell me that the seller had cancelled my sale. I then took almost one additional hour to get an offer of what they said was a similar seat. It was not similar. It was behind the stage. I then had to purchase another ticket, or simply not go, after traveling 6 hours to get there. I bought another ticket for almost $1,000 more, and the seat wasn't even as good as my original seat. I am furious. If I pay for something, and you accept my money and transfer the property, you shouldn't have the option to take it back. It's now mine. They have not given me a refund yet. I didn't even want the refund. I wanted the ticket I purchased. I am so angry and will never purchase from these crooks in suits again. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. THEY SHOULD ALL BE IN JAIL!!!!!

Purchased a parking pass to my event After I purchased seller changed delivery method to mobile delivery . I never received my pass . I called stub hub twice . They said he had to the time of the event to sen me the pass . Needless to say I had to pay to park . Stub hub now says they won’t refund me

Worst service ever. Purchased tickets 9 months ago was denied entry at the venue bc someone hacked Stub hub and either stole my ticket or Stub Hub SOLD me a fraudulent ticket. DO NOT USE STUB HUB

So just this past weekend (Oct 19) we were going to go to Miami vs Louisville at Louisville. So it’s the day of the game and I checked if I had my tix around 6:00 am and I didn’t have my tix yet. But it said I would get them so I bought a parking pass. Then fast forward to about 10:00 am and I still don’t have my tix. So I called them and they said that the seller didn’t give us our tix. (The seller decided this a long time ago and we didn’t get notified.) But they said that we had a guarantee to get tix in the next 30 mins. So we go to the game and 30 mins later we still don’t have our tix. So I call them again and they said that they were working on it. 15 mins go by no tix and there’s no guarantee after 45 mins so we have some words. Then at 11:00 am I ask for a refund and they said that they will refund the tix but not the parking pass. Then 2 hours go by and I still don’t have my refund so I called them and they finally refunded me. So moral of the story, dont use StubHub!!!!

We bought tickets to Sabrina Carpenter in July and the vendor had still not transferred the tickets with a proper link a month before the show in October. I called repeatedly and they assured me not to worry because they contacted the vendor and he has the tickets and will resend. They also assured me that is anything went wrong, they would get me other tickets to the show of equal or better value. This went on until the day of the show. I stood outside the United Center with my kids, waiting for StubHub to transfer me the promised tickets. Turns out the vendor was scamming me all along, sold them to someone else for more money and StubHub holds no accountability. They wouldn't give me any answers until the show had started and by then tickets skyrocketed to over $3000 a piece. At that point, I couldn't get any other tickets and my kids were crying and crushed to miss the show we had anticipated for months. On top of it, StubHub does not hold the vendor responsible in any way. I got a refund, but they will just keep letting these vendors disappoint and scam people on their website. It is disgraceful the way these companies work and power they hold to charge people exorbitant amounts of money and then screw them over if they can get more from someone else. Something has to be changed in the ticket buying world.

We purchased Taylor Swift concert tickets the day of the concert, they were supposed to be mobile transferred, waited 20 min, called customer service, they tried to tell us the tickets were not transferred because it was our device, tried different device, nothing. They end up sending a link to reselect tickets, non were available. We spent $4850 on 4 tickets , still waiting on a refund. Horrible experience, Do not recommend buying from Stubhub, they relist multiple times and whoever pays more get the tickets, meanwhile they still charge and no immediate refund. No experience, tears from out little girls and frustration. HORRIBLe

Had the worst experience with stubhub this past week for the when we were young festival in Las Vegas this past Saturday. I originally bought my ticket about 2 weeks prior to the event only for a few days later I receive an email explaining that they are having trouble fulfilling my Saturday ticket and are not offering me a Sunday ticket. Here’s the problem with that I live in Southern California while the festival is in Las Vegas, that being said I made all my arrangements and plans around this Saturday event. I was then on the phone with stubhub explaining that I didn’t want the Sunday tickets and needed the Saturday ones. They assured me that I will get replacement Saturday ticket's or a full refund. A few more days go by and I get an email saying that my ticket has been shipped and is expected to arrive on Wednesday which was perfect because I was leaving that Friday, Wednesday comes around and my shipment was delayed to the following day, so I thought alright that still gives it another day to arrive before I have to go on Friday morning. Thursday comes and my ticket claims to have been delivered, I run to my mail box only to find nothing, I then drive to my P.O. Box on to again find nothing. So by this time I’m frantically calling stubhub telling them that my ticket is not there at the address that it was supposed to be at and I was told since their end of the deal was fulfilled that I was now out of luck. They told me I will not be receiving a replacement ticket nor will I be getting a refund. Keep in mind I am supposed to go to Las Vegas with my friends the following day with hotels booked and cars already rented and payed for I was already so much money into this and to not be able to attend the music festival with my friends that Saturday was disheartening and I felt so tricked and played by these people who were making me empty promises. They’ve done nothing but made my week a living hell and on top of that never even got me my ticket… really embarrassing of them to literally do nothing to help me in any way.

We went to a Taylor swift concert. Admittedly we didn’t have tickets when we arrived at the stadium. Went on stubhub and purchased tickets while waiting outside which were mobile download. The tickets didn’t arrive so after 25 minutes called stubhub to find out why. They tried to contact the seller twice who did not respond to them. Admittedly stubhub says they will refund the money within 10 business days. However, they should not allow sellers to sell on multiple sites. Pretty sure the tickets we purchased, which were confirmed, were sold on another ticket reselling website. Stubhub should insist all their sellers do immediate download. We wasted precious time and lost the opportunity to see Taylor swift. There has to be a better way. The customer service responded straight away but their policies created the situation.

Such an awful experience with StubHub last night for the Morgan Wallen concert. The tickets were never “ready”, although we had paid over $250 a piece a month before. StubHub did not contact us, we had to contact them twice and although we were assured that the tickets would arrive, they did not. An hour before doors opened they said the seller did not send the tickets. StubHub offered us another group of tickets with limited and partially obstructed views. They would not offer us a discounted price even though the view was obstructed. It was awful experience. Never again will I use StubHub.

Just don’t. I paid for tickets 2 months in advance only to get an email less than 24 hours before event that tickets “weren’t available”. Hotel paid for. Flights booked. They are literally a scam. Just don’t

They told me my ticket was unavailable the same day as the concert. I was able to show my receipt which is how I got into the venue. When I got to my seat it was taken by someone else. If I was not calm I would have had to leave the concert. I spent over $100 for a ,$70 ticket. Luckily the event moved me to a floor seat because StubHub sells real buyers tickets to others and then the day of your event you mobile ticket is gone
