"I purchased tickets for an event for January 2025. It was cancelled and rescheduled several times. StubHub always informed me ahead of time when the event was changed. That was until today. They gave me 25 minutes notice that the event was occurring today. I live further than that away from the venue and had to get someone from another household as well. They did not think that was a legitimate reason for me not to go and would not refund my money. Acknowledged that I had no notice but that was my problem not theirs. \r\n\r\nI will never do business with this company again nor do I recommend anyone else do it."

"I bought tickets off stub hub that are mobile tickets but stub hub did not inform me that I would not be able to get my tickets until the game day ( not even guaranteed). I wish they were more clear because if an emergency happens, you can\u2019t rely on having the tickets or ticket seats to be able to sell them prior. If you do try to sell, they ask for a code that they don\u2019t even provide you with. I won\u2019t be able to know the seats. Also, they price their tickets differently, my fianc\u00e9 and I checked the same tickets out and they were more expensive on his app."
