I bought tickets to an Underoath show on 10/17. The ticket I received were for 10/16. Between 10/17 and 10/18, I called StubHub 6 times in order to get this resolved, either by getting a replacement ticket or getting a refund. It's 10/31 and I still don't have a refund. I just finished call #9 moments ago.
Multiple agents saying that they'll do something that they didn't do.
Multiple statements of "you FORGOT to add a default payout option" despite *never being told* this was something I needed to do to get a refund.
Multiple requests for supervisors; received no call backs and was flat-out denied supervisor service during call #9. Tells me that either supervisors get A LOT of callback requests or there's nothing about my experience that's abnormal enough to warrant supervisor intervention...maybe y'all should examine that.”
“Terrible Never imagined that this is even possible, but tonight Jessica and I experienced greed at a sad level. I bought Jessica, concert tickets to Sabrina Carpenter in July of this year for her event at America Airlines Center Dallas taking place tonight. I’ve received multiple updates and even ticket confirmation today! We were in line and getting tickets scanned they won’t scan an error message came up! We went to the help desk at American Airlines Center and only dealt with Ticket Master as they said to much fraudulent activity with Stub Hub. The head of AA security told us this happens all the time with Stub Hub. So what ended up happening is the seller on Stub Hub pulled our tickets today with no warning and as of even right now they show available. Stub Hub’s customer service admitted to this happening and said yes I’ll be refunded! Saving for tickets, planning since July, taking off work early to get my daughter excited, parking 45 bucks for fuel, etc It’s not right! Stub Hub admitted to the safeguard not working and they just blocked that seller from future transactions.
Hate this to happen to anyone else

The customer service representative was angry and abrupt. It was one of the worst transactions I have had this year. I will try not purchase tickets from StubHub again.”
“I bought a parking pass for David Gilmour at the Hollywood bowl three months ago. The pass was supposed to be within 1.5 miles but that wasn’t even advertised when I bought them. It turns out that the parking lot that they assigned me to is 2.2 miles away, which is easily a 45 minute walk one direction, there are plenty of parking spots for the price and under what I paid for this ticket near the Hollywood bowl. I called in a few times. They told me to expect an email before the show which is tonight. I never got it. I called them up again. They told me that I was guaranteed to get a proper ticket or my money back. The operator tonight told me that it’s my tough luck. They have a Google map screenshot showing the true distance, but they dug in their heels.
Nobody wants to walk 45 minutes before and after a show. To add insult to injury, that particular parking lot is in the middle of nowhere charges a day rate of nine dollars.
I won’t use Stubhub again. And my recommendation to check out the website Parkopedia hopefully will get enough people not to use this useless scam site.”

“If there was an option of zero stars that’s what I would have given. I bought 2 tickets to Billy Joel and Sting concert for Friday 10/25. Only 1 ticket was issued to me. I was trying to figure out what to do- was finally able to talk to an agent an hour before the concert. The excuse I was given was that the seller didn’t release the 2nd ticket. But I had paid for it. The solution I was given was to return the 1 ticket I got and they would give me 2 equivalent tickets. I had paid premium for front row tickets and the alternative tickets were high on top in bleed section tickets. The agent kept telling me that it is computer generated and they had no other option. How can front row seats at a premium be comparable with a high nose bleed section tickets.
It was 30 minutes before the show and I had to finally cancel and ask for a refund. I feel I was scammed. It was the most awful experience. Never will I ever use stub hub again. I should have stuck to ticket master.
My evening was ruined and I couldn’t see the concert.”
“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bout tickets a month ago for a concert that will be sold out for sure. The concert is in two weeks and I still have no tickets. I am on hold right now on my 4th call to them and they keep saying that the tickets have been emailed and yet I have no tickets... I watch my spam, I watch my inbox and I watch my trash and nothing. They will not let me cancel my order and as of now I am out 564.00 and I have no tickets to the concert which we will probably miss. Save your time and money and find a reputable company to buy from. “After selling my football tickets and having them transferred (and accepted) by the buyer I'm told I won't get paid until at least 5 to 8 days after the event which isn't for another 6 weeks. I now have no tickets to the game and no guarantee of money. Their website says the seller gets paid 5 to 8 days after the sale of the tickets NOT 5 to 8 days after the event, and certainly not after the tickets have been accepted by the buyer. This is a shameful practice.”

“I thought that I was getting a decent deal by purchasing tickets through StubHub, never again. We bought tickets to go see the Ravens vs Tampa game. As of noon, on the day of the game we still did not have our tickets. When I called they told me that they had contacted the seller and had no response. We were traveling so we went to another site, TicketMaster. In tge mean time the original order was released so we can’t get our money back. Then we again, because I bought them at the same time, tickets to the Book of Mormon. Again I had to call on the morning of the matinee. Those I did get in time. They insisted that they had sent an email for us to accept the tickets 4 weeks ago. No such email. They did send again and we got our tickets. Except for the parking. I will never, ever, use this service again. Who wants to buy tickets that may, or may not show up before the day of the event. I have other complaints about how to pull up the tickets. Do not use this service. Go to more reputable places like TicketMaster. I also have had no problems with SeatGeek. I asked for a refund but was told no because the owner finally released the tickets.”
