Why is this company still doing business!!!???? THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!!!! We got to get the word out people got to stop using this company. They just lie straight to you and steal from you. Shame Shame shame!

We have three TS tickets to sale through no fault of our own between the transfer from ticket master and stub hub, stub hub sold the tickets and received the money from buyer and told us to transfer tickets to buyer. We sent tickets to email given and ticket master than blocked and placed a hold on transfer to buyer, we are told the account will reopen to transfer 72 hours before the event. And if anything goes wrong We are told we are on the hook for full amount of tickets!! What is going on? Any one know???? This is scary ???? No customer service!!!! so if tickets sale they make several hundred dollars and if sale goes wrong they gain several thousand dollars and no one can use tickets, what incentive is there for stub hub, they benefit 10 fold if it doesn’t go through!!!!! we are told don’t worry. !!!!.help??? Anyone experience this before?

I bought a ticket in March for Neil Young. I haven’t got my ticket yet and the concert is next Thursday May 23rd. I need to travel from St. Paul and have reserved 2 nights at a Chicago hotel. This is expensive. Stub Hub says Huntington Bank Northerly Pavilion will not be releasing tickets until one or two days or possibly the day of the concert. I don’t want the uncertainty of traveling there without a ticket. I paid $119.50 in fees on top of a $325 ticket. I feel like an idiot for buying from this site.
