“I wanted to sell 4 Vikings tickets on Stubhub. I lyrics to list my tickets but the process was confusing and slow. I went to my account after several minutes and did not see them listed. So I tried to list them again. Then I realized they’d been listed twice. The exact same tickets. I went to cancel one listing but they had both been purchased, within 10 minutes of listing. They used the money got for one sale to cover the cost of the unfulfillable order. I requested a supervisor to call me, crickets. DO NOT use Stubhub. Horrible website. Horrible customer service. It almost seems like a scam.”
“I've used Stubhub exclusively for tickets for many years. Recently I had an issue with transferring tickets and found out that the Fanprotect Guarentee is FALSE! When I call or email, all I get is "We're very sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate and get right back to you." I'm on my fourth try, still no one has gotten back and no refund. So, all is good while things run smooth...but when something goes wrong they totally ignore you. I suggest using another ticket service, I know I will from now on.”
“So first of all, they advertised that “Korn, Rob Zombie and Sepultra” were be playing at a venue near me. I checked the whole event to make sure it wasn’t cover bands for that amount of money, read everything, but it was a smaller venue so I was kinda skeptical. I received the tickets after me and my boyfriend reviewed it and the tickets are INDEED for cover bands and were resold to me. So someone else must of had the same problem. Do not get me wrong! I have absolutely no problem seeing cover bands! Love them actually. BUT it was false advertisement! When I spoke with customer service about my issue they said I could “resell” them for HALF of the price that I paid for them!! They said they aren’t responsible because they are just a third party platform for fans to sell to fans. So I am not eligible for a refund even though it was FALSE advertisement on THEIR site! Completely disappointed and will NOT be purchasing off of their site again!”
“They were able to have our sumo tickets mailed to our Osaka hotel instead of sending it to Hawai’i since we wouldn’t be here to receive package. Never heard of StubHub before but will use it in the future to get other tickets for venues.”

“Website easy to get seats. The only issue I had is that the seat #s are not revealed until the tickets are sent. We loved the row we were in but were right behind the penalty box so the vision is a bit blurred. I did get some great pics of players in the box. It would be nice to see the actual seats when buying. Otherwise - super!”
“I purchased tickets for a professional basketball game to be played on March 23. I paid StubHub $477 and never received the tickets. Contacted them 6 days in a row. They promised to get tickets or give refund. Not one follow-up. After contacting my credit card company about this issue, the customer service representative stated there are many complaints about Stub Hub. I would be very cautious to even consider using this company to buy tickets.”
