“paid high dollar for sec 206 tickets in the sphere in Las Vegas. received tickets in a different section the day of the event after we flew to vegas from PHL. i complained by email, chat and phone. they convinced me they would make sure i got what i paid for so i sent the tickets back and waited for them to send me the sec 206 tickets i paid for, two hours later they sent back THE SAME tickets and said thats the best they could do. took 4 hours to deal with this ordeal and i ended up with a refund. very unprofessional people "helped" me, most of which could not speak enough english to deal with the problem. very disappointed, will never deal w them again.”
“Wish I could give this a zero star. Last weekend we had tickets to a concert, when we got to the concert, the tickets StubHub sent us said there was an error. We called customer service. They couldn’t seem to get their act together to send out the tickets… two hours into the concert we were given updated tickets not sure if they worked because the ticket venue, out of the goodness of their heart, gave us other tickets. Flash forward to this weekend coming up my husband has a football game. He bought tickets three months ago, StubHub has no idea where they are, they do know and have in fact on file that we paid for the tickets, but they’re just not sure how to get them to us. They promised my husband they would be to him an hour before the game begins. This is just bull$&!!. “I purchased 6 tickets from Ticketmaster for the Indianapolis 182 concert on 8-2-24. Two of the members of our group backed out at the last minute so I listed and sold these 2 tickets on Stub Hub. It was my first time using Stub Hub and I thought I had uploaded the tickets correctly. Stub Hub did no verification of the tickets I uploaded. Apparently, I did not upload them correctly and therefor not only didn't sell the tickets but Stub Hub also charged me $147.67 to purchase 2 tickets for the person that tried to buy the 2 tickets I had listed. It is ridiculous Stub Hub charged this amount and it was not approved. I would like the $147.67 refunded. I would never recommend using Stub Hub.”

We purchased Season tickets for the Eagles for our Sons birthday ( a life long dream for him)
It was a big purchase for us.
On top of the fee for the tickets , there is a $1000 service fee from StubHub.
Stub Hub has a " ticket guarantee* or so they claim.
When we went to retrieve the tickets, they had sold them to someone else AFTER selling them to us .
After HOURS on the phone w Stub Hub they told us , and I quote, " too bad,you will have to purchase new tickets " which are now literally TWICE as much!
They refuse to use email because that can be kept on file, they only use chat with no way to retrieve the conversation.
We did screenshot the entire conversation, and will post it.
We had already given the gift to our son.
They have not refunded us.
We said we needed the refund so we can purchase new tickets. We asked them how are we supposed to purchase new tickets when you are holding our money?
He told us " if it were me, I would reach into my pocket and buy them"
Then he told us he wouldn't, because he doesn't like the Eagles.
This was a horrible experience.
We are out over $10k
And hours of our time.
