“Sorry to tell that I was eating subway from more then 2 years ago but this time wanted to try the newly released sandwich called 12fast and furious chicken. It was totally not good I would recommend not to try to make this kind of worst sandwich thank you ( I am trying to post a photo but couldn’t post )”
“I have tried to visit a Subway several times in Muncie Indiana lately. The store on S. Madison has told me, "We are not taking orders at this time.", "We are too low on food and need to close.", "We are online only right now.", and "We are short staffed as usual so I can't promise you'll get your food any time soon if you order right now."
I decided to try at the one in IU Ball Memorial Hospital while waiting on my son when he was in surgery. I was second in line and there were 8 people in line. There were three employees behind the counter looking at everyone. We were told to leave. The only one that appeared to be doing anything at all other than staring at the line as it grew stated, "We are online only right now."
It turns out sandwiches are super expensive now so I guess I'm glad your employees saved me from over spending, but is this really the business model? Paying people to tell customer to go away? Seeing some of the other reviews on any site I look at makes it pretty clear this company is not being run properly and won't be around much longer. My experiences would suggest this as well.
I cannot believe you have a business with doors that are open, staffed with employees that are joking around and doing absolutely nothing and the decision is to only take online orders. Then, apparently charge $20+ for a ham sandwich!
Your employees are working their way back into unemployment and so is the entire corporate decision level management team. High prices are one thing lately, however no other restaurant chain let's a customer enter then tells them to leave and order online only.
This trash will not be missed. I am certain I will look around one day and realize, "Hey, I was right. Subway is gone. Wonder when that happened."”
“On 9-21-24 I went to Subway in American Fork Ut. I was there at 8:30 the toaster overs was turn off and they was out out Black Olives. I ask the employee told me that they close at 9:00 and they already turned them off. So cold 4 sandwich . I thought I would give them a second chance. So 9-30-42 i was there at 8:00 all the chair are put up .but they close until 9:15. So if anyone wanted to set they could night. I had order a foot long Veggie sandwich o flate bread there was only about 1/4 cup shredded cheese all to the the down to one end. So i asked for more cheese 3 times i bet there was not 1/2 of on the whole thing. I asked that they put the cheese the length of the foot long . They told me they put the cheese on the one and roll it like a burrito, ( if i wanted i would had gone to another restaurant)i told them that is not the way it goes. So after 3 times on the toaster they got the cheese on the length of the flatbread. Next I order 1 6 inch hamm and they put the ham and cheese at the end so they could round it like a burrito i finally go them to do it right. Get 4 sandwiches order. So they rang up my order. I asked if the coupon was applied was told yes. Had to go back in because they didn’t apply the coupon. Then I get home and there is no ham on the BMT. How many chances do I give them. I spent over 50.00 on the food.”
“I have been a long time customer of Subway. I have seeing commercials advertising Foot Long Dipper for $3.00. When I went into Subway, took 10+ minutes for an employee to come out front to take care of me. The Foot Long Dipper was for $4.00 and not $3.00 as advertised. The $3.00 was for Pretzel only. The Dipper was the blandest ever tasted. Not much salami and cheese. The advertisement showed the Dipper dripping with cheese. There was barely any cheese. Definitely not dripping. Won't be back. I will be telling numerous people that I know about the disappointment in Subway.”
“This is was the worst subway joint i had ever been to, staff had no knowledge, i paid 200 rs for subway grill sandwich which only had bread, few pieces of capsicum and a bit of chicken, staff was not at all co - operative..
Please dont visit subway at sion circle, its a waste of your time, money and energy.”
“Subway was my favorite place to go for a meal. I always got a chicken wrap with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. They have discontinued using the wrap and now use Flat bread.
I'll have to find another favorite place because I don't care for the flat bead.
:(”
“The service on the phone
while ordering was wonderful. Nice young gentleman. The sub I ordered was delivered and hot. Price was very fair.I .ordered a foot long Italian sausage parm. Pure Perfection .. was delivered nicel "boxed" not wrapped in paper. Best service and the best food in Kenmore.
They cared about their customers.
Just want to say thank you . Subway 😁”
“Subway used to be a good spot to go, but now they are overpriced and they are so stingy on their ingredients that it’s just like eating just a loaf of bread. I am going to stop going there and I had advised others to do the same. It’s not worth the money.”
“I ordered 2 sandwiches and it was $18.00. One of the sandwiches the bread was so old I couldn’t swallow it. That sandwich went directly in the trash. What a waist of money! That was my last visit at subway. I will never be a return customer!
Thanks for nothing, Anonymous”
“I ordered 4 of the big deal numbered subs that you get already done. The mozzerella melt was supposed to have spinach and onions and tomatos withngarlic Aoli. I added cappecollo and bacon. I received bread with cappecollo and mozzarella. That’s it. All 4 subs were just like this. This is unacceptable. And…they argued with me when I called the store. Last time! Malden Rd LaSalle ON …this store is disgusting.”
“Ordered a footling sub and a wrap and it was $26!!! The new wrap is like flat bread with an odd coating on it. The cheese on the wrap and sub was scant.
We are not fans of subway anymore.”
“I love subway…food is very good!! I’m dissatisfied with the Subway on Doordash!!
Not Doordash itself it is wonderful! We Doordash for the convience but also for the drivers that help them financially. I have talked to many of our Doordashers that pick it up for the extra income. What I am dissatisfied about is our orders. From Subway…tuna sub,no tuna…cookies,no cookies…salad double chicken, 3 pieces of chicken, sometimes croutons mostly not, everything I ordered on a salad…a few items. I know the fast food corporations take a lot of BS but I feel a lot more effort could be put in to your orders. I tonight ordered a 12 dollar salad with double chicken and got three pieces. Can we try a little harder Subway? I would just like to know when I order I’m getting exactly what I ordered. At least close because I’m paying for what I’m not getting.”
“I'm a bit annoyed that you print coupons, I have 4 stores in my town and none of them are excepting coupons ,not quite sure what the point of making them is I've been to other towns and it is the same.”
“The level of service at Subway in Clarkson WA is worse than pathetic.
Being a new year I thought I would give them another chance, but I regret that decision big time. Slow, almost completely focussed on UBER, menuflog ra ra ra. Was a police officer in front of me who must have burnt his whole lunch break while they made about a dozen or more things in front of him. Then he has to repeat the order 5 times over while the subway bloke is only half listening as he is engaging with UBER coming in the door asking questions. What a joke, youre done Subway.”
“Subway#4473-0 Server 44731781. This young man is a winner. Very customer oriented, polite. pleasant, and smiling the whole time. I'm 77 y. o. He carried my drinks to the car for me. WOW ! I will be back to this store soon.”
“We went to subway at aquitania blvd w lethbridge. We had a complex order with food allergies. Piyush was very helpful and patient with us. Really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our order.”
