Do not go with Three, as soon as my contract is complete, I will never go with them again, bad network, bad everything, and constantly add extra charges.

Recently left virgin (who were terrible) and started with Three 5G internet. I signed up Friday afternoon, the hub arrived the next morning, I plugged it in and it was working within a few minutes. Had to contact their customer service to get the 18+ content unblocked and it was all sorted in under 12 minutes. Very good, very cheap, very fast, strongly recommend. Of course this is only a review on how easy it is to join and set up and after a couple of weeks of use so I can't comment on long term reliability or how helpful their customer service is with other issues

I had a mobile contract with them 2 years ago when it finished I went with someone else it took me 4 weeks to get rid of them and get my pac number from them after numerous telephone live chats I ended everything with them last week I checked my bank statements to find that they have still been taking taking my dd My fault should of check the statements I know anyway I called the bank to cancel and they gave me a refund of £349 tonight I get a email from three saying that I owe them £349 and they are sending debt collectors to me as I haven’t paid my bill !!! Slightly strange as this is the first email I’ve had from them in two years !!! And a week after I’ve cancel my direct debit ???if anything they owe me money !! I’m shocked that it’s took 2 years to contact me if they think I owe them money and one email threatening debt collectors I’m in the middle of the battle with them and being passed from pillar to post and waiting in que after que trying to sorting this out two years after I cancelled my contract if you google it you find 100 of 3 customers all has similar experience with this shambles of a company there customer service is shocking they lie constantly I will advise how I get on I find all this so unsettling and upsetting and I’m not letting them get away with the way I’ve been treated I shall keep you posted !! But please please If your thinking of going with 3 mobile don’t like me you will end up regretting it years later ! Someone seriously needs to be held accountable for this company’s actions Round two !!! After putting I a formal complaint I finally got someone from three who I thought had an ounce of common sense abs could help me !! Nope wrong again !!! She told me that I would have to pay a final bill !!!! For a phone I new nothing about after I questioned her she said it was just what she has to send and my final bill had been sorted by three (am I supposed to be greatfull) !!!! And she would contact the debt company and get the debt cancelled thankgod for that I thought all sorted !!! Nope today I received a letter from the debt company chasing the debt !!! So I called them and after a phone conversation with them this debt is not going away And I need to pay it and then get the money back from three 😂 if u can’t even get a sensible answer from them how you supposed to get £349 from them ive agreed to Pay just because I don’t want debt Coll at my door and the amount getting higher and never been in debt before it’s scary !! So to cap ive paid for a phone for 2 years that ive never had used or owned !! I cancelled the dd with the bank get my own money back and now I’m paying £349 to the local debt company for the same phone that ive still never had still never used and still no nothing about !! This is a joke I’m still in contact with three complaints dept but you might as well email Father Christmas for all the lies and help they are so ive now gone to the omnibus as advised by the debt people cause they were very helpful and see if that helps don’t answer this review with get in touch we three we will help you cause it’s absolute load of rubbish your seriously making me ill with all the worry and people need to be made aware of your horrific mobile phone company as it seems from reading all the other reviews it’s not just me I intend to write my review on every social network review platform I can find and report you to every platform I can !! 😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely useless. Constant outages all over UK, ridiculously bad service in most areas where other providers are doing fine, helpless customer service. Worst rated provider in the UK for a reason.

Horrible and quite frankly, RACIST, customer service. Out of a cowardly act of desperation and need for publicity, they decide to ruin the lives of my company by terminating our contract due to my Russian ties.

They leave you as soon as things go wrong, can’t even get 1 bar signal makes me sick. Not even a Chelsea fan but the way Trivago stayed and you went is dirty.

Had a sim contract let it run over 3 years it had gone from 10 a month to 21.00 so I went with sky 8 pounds a month 6 GB and unlimited access had pac code done everything right now I offered to pay month's bill but they will have payment but can't cancel contract because I forgot my password for the account so I'm in a catch 22 plus everytime I phone the I get a Indian working from home I've even tried the shop in Tamworth where took sim plan out but they don't deal with accounts

closed my account 15 sept 2020 they didn't bother to contact me till sept 2021 o tell me that I was owed £15 approx a whole year and when I rang them they admitted that they hadn't bothered to contact me great customer service (not) wish I could keep £15 from them for a year !!! will never even consider three again

After my wife had her phone cut off due to lack of use together with losing her credit(legalised theft?) Ive decided to leave this mob and have joined 1pmobile. She even received an email stating they were unable to resolve her complaint and recommended that she contact the Ombudsman for help. s this arrogance at its highest or waht.

Sound great the start with but the shops and the HQ run to different rules - be careful when signing fur mobile broadband especially. The router - hub is sent to you so it’s distance selling but when it dies not work as promised yiu have devils own job to return - took we 2 hours waiting with the shops support to get I returned abd now they haven’t acknowledged the receipt of it - so I’m still. billed other cane to shop asking abouttgus product I was so wanting to say don’t bother. Tgus is the begging of trouble for you if you sign - why are companies so rubbish
