“I have just visited ur Cardiff culver house store and was served by Haydn. I couldn’t find a thermos flask. I am disabled and he took time t listen and found the item. Polite and friendly young man. Well done and I will be back”

“Have been TKMAXX customer for 11 years. Very happy about items & customer support. Never had problems with click & collect service, however, time to time have problems with sending the wrong sizes. Of course, anyone can make a mistake, but not 5 times a month. I can’t understand how it’s possible to send the item M instead of XXS, as also, 18 years outfit instead of 18 months. Though, customer service was very polite, helpful and it’s not their fault, but they don’t take mistakes on an account and still receive the wrong items or badly damaged. After all I always ordered a few items of the same size - just in case. All items that I bought (Gucci, Burberry, Prada etc.) are authentic and cheaper, however, you have to keep in mind that they are outlet items and not the current season. I don’t care whether or not it’s a few years ago model... dress is a dress, Prada bag is Prada bag. So, very happy!”

“Their is a securityguard Sam who works in the romford branch she is polite and helful. I recently lost my bank card and she went to great lengths to check the cctv and re-trace my steps and found it on the shop floor all within 10 mins. Fast and efficient with great customer service. I cannot praise her enough. Now I do not need to cancel my card.”

“bought a pair of slippers amongst other things at Ringwood road Bournemouth store, decided then to buy same for a friend. Called them up a.m. to check if they had stock. They searched for me as I had seen 1 slipper size 7 same previous day. Unfortunately they were unable to find the other one but Lieve even checked the other stores for me and called me back when she had done so. Cant ask for better service than that. Well done”

“Visted the store earlier this week to purchase our tall 13year old son some new joggers. We were guided towards the sporty menswear section, he found a pair quickly and he sought advice regarding style and fit from LInda on fitting room.Linda was as usual very friendly and helpful. “T.k.maxx in the Kingsway Retail Park, Derby is one of the best places to shop, the staff, from the manager down, is always cheerful and helpful, Nothing ever appears too much trouble for Tags and Signe (Tkmakk, staff) and the parking is really convenient. Thank you T.K.MAXX”

“Since finding TKmaxx, I can honestly say its the best thing I have ever done, your getting designer outfit at really low prices, prices to suit your budget. Tkmaxx are different from your average normal store, where everything is the same. It's unique and adds elegance to everyday life/living. You can be so creative with the outfits you purchase at Tkmaxx, add accessories to jazz it up and be different, stand out from the crowd and feel good about yourself, not having to spend a fortune, like other stores, to look good and be noticed. I would like to thank the staff at Jct 9 for making my shopping experience an enjoyable one, the staff are so friendly and helpful it makes you feel important that they acknowledges you, hence the reason why I always went back to the store. If you look after your customer they will always spread their experience with others, like I have done. Mrs Bell”

“I did a huge clothing order on line. I had to return a lot of it, the young lady who served was polite and chatty. She did not look irritated by the fact that I had a few items to return, which is often the case in other stores. I always find the customer service really great at TKMaxx”
