“Everything! wrong colour, wrong size, bad formatting and changed from English spelling to American but most infuriating was how their customer care team just ignore your comments and issue another proof without changing anything!!”
“Vistaprint UK - I would have rated them 0/5 but that is not allowable. Completely ruined the joy of ordering my wedding invitations and let me down very badly.
Sent my draft in English, they spell checked and amended it in American, missed spaces out left right and centre, the formatting looked terrible and I was stunned at how many calls I had to make to get someone to listen to me. Complained and didn't have decency to reply until I rang again.
They guarantee you will be satisfied and they failed miserably. Made so many calls trying to get them to do it right as they had pdf'd the documents that they had created online an wish I had paid them for the pleasure of doing it, so I could not amend them and each time they dealt with a couple of issues I brought to their attention but not all. Finally complained and said they would send it free.
48 hr tracked delivery actually took 6 days! When they arrived, the invitation itself was sort of OK despite being a weird colourbut the two inserts that were supposed to go in it were a strange mottled colour which I had never asked for on one side only and this was not visible on the proof. They were supposed to be black and white. I also had them design it and the idea was good but when they arrived one of the inserts was twice the size of the invite it was to be inserted in and the other was way smaller. Pretty basic errors for a professional company. Offered to send free of charge replacements but by their 48hr courier (which took 6 days originally) and I needed them for the following day and they refused to rectify their mistake by sending them on an overnight delivery.
Totally unprofessional, amateurish and quite frankly I could have done better - just annoyed at myself for believing their guarantee.

“Well for starters i would say be aware i ordered some small stickers and thought i was getting a good deal. Before i knew i had paid and ended up paying nearly three times more because of shipping and added VAT. Unfortunately i had paid before i relized (yes bad mistake). However i did receive the stickers very quick but have to say i am disappointed in the size of the print. Won't be ordering again.”

My business cards were over 1 month late, when they did arrive I was not happy withthe quality, I have emailed and called several times but im getting no where. Ever call I make I am on hold for over 10 mins.
