“Going above and beyond to help people, individually, flood appeal, Christmas appeal. There's so much more! It's not just a group of players it's a community who support one another. The vortex team are amazing they're always asking what the customers want, offering free comps also. The live draws are the most entertaining draws there are! Look forward to 2025 when vortex grows from biggest in Wales to biggest in the UK! This year's growth has been phenomenal to see!”

“CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1. Vortex Comps make me happy everyday that I play them because of the excitement of winning a massive prize 🏆 in money or something else which could be a holiday or even a vehicle or a set amount paid every month for a whole year. You definitely cannot get better than that in my eyes. PRICE. 2. Also the prices start from as low as £0.29p per entry which I think it makes it more worthwhile. 3. You can also pay in the usual way by debit card but on Vortex you can pay via Apple Pay or google pay. And PayPal and you also get your own wallet which you can add money into also which I think is a really good idea too. DELIVERY. 4. As soon as you have paid for what you want in the vortex competitions the delivery is instant. 5. Please also check out where it shows you your numbers there is also a SCRATCH ME part please click on this to scratch it to see if you have won anything on the virtual event. 6. This is usually a pink/purple box. RETURNS & REFUNDS. 7. If anything happens to go wrong with the system then within a few hours you will be sent a refund into your wallet account. 8. The easiest way to get hold of Vortex if you have a problem is Email, when I had a problem with a few hours I had a reply and everything got sorted out straight away so really you have nothing to worry about at all with this company your in great hands as the saying goes. 9. The very best bit of the whole of the company is the Facebook Live’s with the team especially LIAM. I love to watch all the lives if I can because he is so funny it really makes me feel good and happy if I’m having a bad day. He’s like me very Welshy on camera and I love it all. 10. THE STARS 🌟 ON A LIVE. If you are wondering what the stars are all about during a Facebook Live is if you are kind enough to send them stars well in the real world stars are money that you are donating to them and they will go above and beyond like they always do in any shape or form and when they hit a certain amount of stars 🌟 they then exchange the stars 🌟 for cash and the cash always goes to CHARITY but the charity is always in Wales which is usually local to them which I think is absolutely amazing because more is needed in our local areas and communities. Wales is always the forgotten place. PLEASE WATCH THIS SPACE THINKING ABOUT DOING SPONSORING SOMEONE OR SOMETHING NEXT !!!”
