I placed and order a month ago and the delivery time was 2-3 weeks. I am unable to talk to anyone as no one answers my calls and have been told until the item is returned by the courier I cannot get a refund. this was via email and now my emails are being ignore
Does Worldstores even deliver the products you have paid for? I had ordered a matress on 2/10/17 and the delivery date was said to be in 1-2 weeks. Howere, ever after 2 weeks the staus for tracking the order says awaiting delivery? Just what is going on here as they just do not answer their phones. It is a 0344 no and the waiting time is forever.
Why are world stores still allowed to trade and take people's hard earned money when they can not honour their agreements and do not respond to phone calls and emails in the correct manner.
